Supply and erection of approved make safe earthing electrode consisting pipe-inpipe technology as per IS 3043-1987 made of corrosion free G.I. pipes with constant ohmic value surrounded by highly conductive compound with high charge dissipation suitable for effective and maintenance free earthing in earth pit of minimum bore dia. 150mm size with 3 metre G.I. pipes having outer pipe dia. 50mm having 80-200 micron galvanizing, Inner pipe dia. of 25mm having 200-250 micron galvanizing, connection terminal dia. of 12mm in nominal soil with 50kg(two bag) back filling bentonite compound UL listed and confirm to relevant International/Indian standards around electrode upto ground level.
Erection of metallic pole (rail pole) of length above 10.00 meter, in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required
Providing and fixing 25mm X 5 mm G.I. Strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required
Cost of material 5 spike copper lighting arrestor complete set. Dimension of ball 50mm round, Rod dia.:1", Length:2' Base plate size (LXBXT): 150mmx150mmx6mm
Providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and as required
Jointing copper/G.I. tape (with another copper/GI tape, base of the finial or any other metallic object) by riveting/nut bolting/sweating and soldering etc as required
Providing and fixing 4.00 mm dia copper wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/recessed conduit/submain wiring/cable as required
