Aeration Grid: Supply,erection and commissioning main line from the Air Blowers to the middle for branch lines to the aeration grid with uPVC pipe for the smooth functioning of the system including all fittings, specials etc. complete.

Secondary Tank Sloping Arrangement : Provide slope to the existing tank to modify as Secondary settling tank with sand bags and over it , P.C.C 1: 4: 8 using broken stone and plastering with 1:5 12 mm thick

Foundation of all Equipments and plat form for Equipments: Provide platform for all equipments and 10m x 10m and foundation for all equipments such as Waste water Transfer pump, Parallel Plate Seperator Blower, Sludge recirculation pump, Filter press feed pump, filter press etc.

Piping: Supply and laying of one lot 6kg/cm2 uPVC pipe with PP Valves and necessary fittings within battery limits of Waste water Treatment plant, which include inter connecting pipe line from collection tank to Parallel Plate seperator, PPS to sludge sump, sludge sump to filter press , filtrate line from filter press to collection tank, secondary aeration system, sludge recirculation line from secondary settling tank to aeration tank and to treated water tank

Electrification: Supply and fixing of panel board and one lot of cables ,isolatoes, starters, switches etc. for the waste water transfer pump, filter press pump, blower, sludge reciruclation pump etc. with Three Phase Indication lamp, Individual push buttons for off/on in MANUAL mode. Make of starters, push buttons etc. ( electrical connection to the panel board not included )

Transportation , erection and commissioing of all the above equipments such as pumps, Parallel plate seperator, filter press unit, blower and necessary piping and electrification equipments complete, to suit the existing facilities at Nilackal.
