Operation and Maintenance Contract of Fire Alarm and VESDA System installed at Birsa Munda Airport,Ranchi.

Round the clock operation and day to day maintenance, upkeeping all records of Intelligent Addressable Fire Alarm & vesda systems as well as attending the complaints received in NITB, old ATC tower & all operational site viz LLZ,GLP,DVOR,NDB on 3 shift basis in line with the requirements etc including sundays and holidays and as per conditions of contract.

Supply of following spares of Fire Alarm and Vesda system

Vesda laser compact vesdanet (make : seimens or equivalent as per approved list)

Vesda filter for above vesda panel at 2a (make : seimens or equivalent as per approved list)

Intelligent multi criteria smoke detector (Make :Siemens Model :HFP-11 or equivalent as per approved list.)

Intelligent multi criteria heat detector (Make :Siemens Model :HFPT-11 or equivalent as per approved list.)

Single output control module (Make:Siemens,Series HFP or equivalent as per approved list )

Single output monitor module (Make:Siemens,Series HFP or equivalent as per approved list )

Manual call point for indoor

Electrical sounder with strobe hooter

Reponse indicator

FIM (Isolator Moduler)

Job contract for preventive maintenance including ,software backup , inspection and operational test etc of fire alarm & vesda systems complete as requried. (spares related to panels shall be supplied by AAI free of cost).
