This will includes Month sweeping, mopping, clearing muck, dabrish etc.from DFCCIL Office daily and disposed away from Railway boundary etc. This will includes all labour, material , T&Ps, such as Brooms ( Phool & Seekwala), Phenyl, Toilet Cleaner, Hand wash liquid, Odonil, colin, duster, Sponge cloth for wet cleaning etc.), all taxes, GST etc. complete job as per instructions of site engineer. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account what so ever the case may be. ( Atleast 2 labour in a day for 12 months) Area to be cleaned per day 20000 Sft app. of primises of CGM/Ambala office and its surrounding area. Total 658022.88
