Supply and laying for sub class B brick brick of size 225mm x 115mm x 65mm for protaction of UG cable with width equal to length of bricks as mechanical protection laid dry and flat complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for horizontal boring across the existing road without disturbing the road surface for inserting 50 mm bore GI pipe all complete all as specified and as directed. (Note :- GI pipe will be measured and paid respective item of Sch BoQ).

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning outdoor type LT feeder piller box of 1.0x0.8x0.5 Mtr size, pedestal mounted, CPRI approved factory made totally enclosed, dust and vermin proof, double leaf shutter in front and single leaf shutter in rear side made of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet, framing with 50 x 50 x 6 mm thick MS angle iron and legs of size 0.5m long . duly fabricated and having proper locking arrangement in both front and rear door with 4 side slanting roof duly projected and painted to both internal and External surfaces with powder coating paint in heat process of sheet and suitable for 500 volts, 50 Hz, 3 phase 4 wire system and comprising with and including following accessories and mounted on PCC Plat form made out of PCC 1:3:6, 100 mm thick, 1 Mtr all round the panel board complete with the following items housed in. S & F in replacement PVC insulated and sheathed (ISI marked) stranded copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm size multi stranded for street light connection from fitting connector to the terminal box including all fixing arrangement, complete all as specified and directed

Supplying, installing, commissioning and testing complete of OEM (Original Eqpt Manufacturer) manufactured and tested static Silent Diesel Engine Driven Generating Set including inbuilt AMF panel capable of delivering 15 KVA, 415 volts (AC 3 Phase, 4 wire system of supply) 50 Hz at power factor 0.8 minimum. The DG set shall consist of a diesel engine coupled through flexible coupling to a matching alternator and mounted on Dunlop metallastik foundation pads on a common base frame and threafter intalled in the CPCB approved acoustic enclosure (the complete set conforming to and test certified as per CPCB norms and as specified) all as specified complete with control panel standardised by manufacturer, flexible exhaust pipe complete including PCC foundation of suitable size as per manufacturer reccomendation for MCO DET Make:- KOEL/ASHOK LEYLAND/SUDHIR/ CUMMINS / Greavs and shall comprise of the followings :- (a) ENGINE (PRIME MOVER). Diesel Engine 1500 RPM of suitbale HP as recommended by manufacturer but not less than 20.5 BHP (at NTP) air cooled, Turbocharged aircooled, 1x 80 AH 12 Volts electric battery start, complete with fly wheel and all standard fittings/fixtures as per manufacturing practice including suitable engine control panel with tachometer, lub oil temp & pressure gauge, water temp guage and frequency meter (digital type) including safety shutdown contents) and also including self starter, dynamo, fuel tank etc and conforming to I.S. 10002, ISO 3046, BS-5514. AC alternator, self excited, self regulated, self ventilated, brushless design, conforming to BS 2613/IS 4722, 3 Phase, 415 volts, 50 Hz, 4 wire system output 15 KVA PF 0.8 1500 RPM insulation class `H' enclosure IP 23/TEFC complete with AVR with + 1% voltage regulation directly coupled to and match the above engine and capable for over load of 10% for one hr in 12 hr operation. (c) Dunlop Metallastick anti-vibration pads for mounting engine - alternator assembly on the base frame/plate. (d) BASE FRAME. Made out of structural steel as per Manufacturer's recommended design/specefications. (e) ACCOUSTIC ENCLOSURE. Provn of an integral type approved/certified acoustic enclosure as per CPCB norms for the DG sets restricted the noise level to 75 db at one meter along and temp rise within canopy shall not exceed 5° to 7° Celsius. It shall be made of 16 SWG CRCA MS sheet with powder coated finish on outside and provided with non igniting fire retardant foam as acoustic material. There shall be four hinged doors out of which one shall be with a glass window. The base frame shall be ISM section. It shall also include the followings:- (i) Silence absorption type, non-resistance, residential and exhaust pipe covered with asbestos rope lagging extending to about 2 mtrs outside the accoustic enclosures. Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Monoblock pump set suitable for 415 V, 3 phase system having capacity 5 HP, 2900 RPM, Size-65x50mm, 8.5-5.8 LPS at 20-36 mtr head complete all as per specifed and directed complete. Make - Kirloskar or equivalent

M&L for fully automatic star delta starter complete of capacity of 05 HP Model MN 16 DOL, including electrical connections etc with PCC required for grouting in floor/ wall completed all as specified and directed. Make- L&T or equivalent

Supply, install testing and commissioning of " Sintex" package type STP (Make : Sintex/ Thermax/ Ion Exchange) ( PSTP-NBF Model) of capacity 50KLD/Day with tertiary treatment shall consists of the following components :- (i) Solid separation Zone (ii) Aeriation Zone (iii) FLoating Media (iv) Air blowers (Twin lobe type) (v) Final sedimentation Zone (vi) SLudge recycling pump (vii) COntrol Panel (viii) Inbuilt manholes with cover (ix) Material for anchoring the tank including FRP Straps & RCC Deadman. Manning & Opearation for 1st 11 months during DLP

Outsourcing for operation of Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) package type capacity 50 KLD, including maintenance and operation of 15 KVA DG Set-01, Monoblock pump house capacity 5 HP-02 Nos, Non clog vertical submersible pump set capacity 01 HP-02 Nos, starter, panels, Security lights, Two Shift 08 hours each as directed by Engr-in-Charge (including sundays and holidays) by employing 01 Nos FGM (Skilled) & 01 Nos helper (Unskilled) in each shift for operation and maintemance of installation and including the following (i) Pumping/distribution/desposal of clear water with 02 nos pump sets 5HP, 02 Nos Pump sets 01 HP from sump of water including periodical maintenance of pumping sets as specified and directed and operation of valves in various distribution in the complex. (ii) Operation and periodical maintenance STP including cleaning of valves, gland packing of valves, leakage of valves, cleaning of tank as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (iii) Operation and maintenance of DG set 15 KVA capacity of failure of main supply including day to day maintenance of DG set such as periodical checkup, replacement of engine oil filetrs, fan belt, hose pipe, oil leakage filter of POL as required basis all as specified and directed.

(iv) Operation and maintenance of all starter panel boards, Capacitor bank,LT panel, cable connection, day to day checking of all electrical connection, replacement of cable lugs, contact point etc.. (v) Distribution/ supply of clear/ raw water at different area or through filling point ( Zone A,B & C) and maintaining daily log sheet, water disstribution register, chlorine register and maintenance of all control valves in the respective areas. (vi) Preparation and maintenance of log sheet of DG sets, Pumping sets and attendance register and other associated documents as directed.

Water samples collecting at Raw water, treated water testing at authorised testing lab and producing the testing result in all respects as directed by engr-in-charge Note: The test to be carried out each quarter ending.
