SCH 'A' PART-I (B/R ITEMS) Material and labour for Brick work with sub class B, burnt clay bricks of old size, designation 75, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:3, as in manholes, septic tank, soakage well etc complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of brick work/stone work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, coping etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation of manholes complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for channel and drains by using extra cement in manhole incl forms, moulds etc complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5m wide and not exc. 1.5m in depth for foundation, sewage line or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, electric cables etc. not exc 10sqm on plan and not exc. 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading levelling , watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25cm in soils all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) to a distance not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete), internal dia 200mm set in cement mortar including demolition of concrete bed and removal of debries outside MoD land complete all as specified & directed. Note: Necessary excavation and earthwork will be measured & paid separately.

Material and labour for Reinforced concrete pipes 200mm dia, class NP 2, grade 'A' laid in trenches laid and jointed complete with collars all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete(PCC) bed 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates) to drain pipes of 200mm bore including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete all as specified & directed. Note: The rates include for any necessary shuttering and supports to concrete and for laying beds to falls.

Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete (RCC) M-25, design mix (using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of RCC (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips and quality conforming to Fe- 415, Fe 500 or Fe-550 as in steel reinforcement for concrete complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Weight of binding wire shall not be considered for measurement and payment purpose.

All as per item No 14 here-in-before but 6mm to 8mm dia, complete all as directed.

Material and labour for cutting into existing man holes for connecting new drain pipe of 150/200mm bore SGSW /NP2 pipe/ incl making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 smooth finished and reforming benching as required all as specified and directed

Cleaning of the under ground sewer line, size upto 200mm dia/bore of any type, all in working/running conditions involving removal of blockage of any kind lines by means of mechanical rodding with vibrations/drilling concept i.e trolley mounted motorized sewer cleaning machine including desluding, descaling and dechoking wherever reqired, flushing the entire stretch with combined high pressure water jetting cum suction (vaccum) type machine suitably mounted on HCV having facilities of hydraulic applications through high pressure thermo plastic fiber based water jetting hose and through conical/round shape nozzle pipes, making the stretch clean and functional and removal/deposition of sludge inclusive of solids if any & sludge water to a distance notexceeding 500 mtrs beyond the periphery of defence land and covering the entire sludge and solids with local sand/earth complete all as specified & directed.

Desilting the equilization tanks/settling tanks/screening chambers/septic tank/sludge receiving tanks/aeration tanks etc not exc. 3.00 deep and stacking silt/sludge to a distance n.exc 500 mtrs beyond the periphery of defence land and covering the entire sludge and solids with local sand/earth,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cleaning of manholes of size 600mm x 600mm / 900mm x 900mm & depth upto 0.75 mtr, by taking out complete sludge water solids, brick bats, polythene, silt etc. complete by mannually or mechanically by HCV mounted suction discharge machine, removing/disposing the entire retrieved material outside periphery of defence land including taking off manholes cover and refixing the same after cleaning complete all as specified & directed.

All as per item No 21 here-in-before but size of mahholes 900x900/1500x1200mm and depth upto 1.5 metre complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 21 here-in-before but size of mahholes 1200x1200mm/1200x900mm/ 1500x900mm/1500x1200mm and depth upto 4.00 metre complete all as specified and directed.

Surface preparation of walls/floor of sewage treatment plant (STP) including dewatering and sludge cleaning etc. from STP complete all as specified & directed. Note: Area of wall/floor shall be measured for payment purpose.

Taking down / chipping cement plaster of any description (chipping of loose plaster, concrete, unsound weak surface of STP) properly, from all wall & base, making surface solid & dust free with electric air blower complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for rust removing from exposed reinforcement of STP by applying two coats of Rust Remover and after 24 hours applying two coats of Rust Passivator coating complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for repairing & sealing (repairing of all damaged area floor, wall under/above slab) by using Binding agent on old/new concrete, Epoxy or SBR Latex based repairing with Polymer Modified Mortar (PMM) 1Kg / Sqm / mm or 2200 Kg / Cum or at finished level 1mm to 150mm thick complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for injecting grouting, drilling & fixing of NRV PVC Nozzle at distance of 1mtr x 1mtr at construction Joints, honeycombs, shuttering plates joints, start joints, applying low viscos non shrink expandable PU / Polymer grout, after grouting cut the nozzle and sealed with Polymer modified mortar complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for Protective Epoxy Coating on well prepared dry surface of STP, applying 1st coat of chemical, acid, resistance 2k epoxy coat and 2nd coat sandwich with Fiberglass Mesh 3rd same coat on it, 4th and 5th final coat as per system, complete all as specified & directed. Make: STP / 20 MCC / Sika / Fosroc/ Asian Notes for BOQ item No. 26 to 29: (i) The work shall be executed only from authorized agency of Make concerned. (ii) A Security deposit against Guarantee of treatment shall be submitted by contractor as specified.

Material and labour for rendering cement plaster, 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 by using water proofing compound (3 % by weight of cement) on fair faces of brick work or concrete vertical surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately as supply only .

Supply only integral water proofing compound (I.S.I marked on packing) complete all as specified and directed

SCH 'A' PART-II (E/M ITEMS) Supply, laying, jointing & testing of LT electric cable(heavy duty), 1100 Volts grade, heavy duty, XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable with stranded aluminium conductor of cross sectional area 95 sqmm, 3.5 core conforming to IS- 7098 (Part I) 1988 laid as in trenches or fixed along the wall/pole or passing through pipes/ducts etc, complete incuding taking out old UNSV LT cable all as specified & directed.

Supply, laying, jointing & testing of LT electric cable(heavy duty), 1100 Volts grade, heavy duty, XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable with stranded aluminium conductor of cross sectional area 50 sqmm, 3.5 core conforming to IS- 7098 (Part I) 1988 laid as in trenches or fixed along the wall/pole or passing through pipes/ducts etc, complete incuding taking out old UNSV LT cable all as specified & directed.

Supply and installation 3 HP / 2.2 KW or higher capacity as per manufecturer recommendation, monoblock pump set, 415Volts , speed- 2840 rpm with minimum 22 Mtr head, minimum discharge 2.5 to 4.5 LPS, size of suction & discharge 50mm x 40mm all as specified and as directed

For Credit Schedule refer tender documents. The amount of credit schedule shall be deducted in total quoted amount of BOQ to arrive contract sum.
