Maintenance of Ambedkar park,AO Building garden,Parking yard Garden,Garden at Officers Club,Garden at Dy Cos stores,Garden from Canteen to AO Builing, Republic garden,Business Development Park and Testing Centre, in all respects as per the specification and as directed by the department. The following works are to be carried out by the contractors including cost of labour,T&P,paint as directed by the department. a)Daily watering the garden lawns and plants covering full area of above said garden once in day to the satisfaction of the department including drawing water from the available water points inside the garden etc. as Directed by the dept.(Excluding monsoon period) b) Hedge cutting of plants to the required shape and height as directed by the dept minimum 4 times in a year. c) Mixing of manure with red gravel & sand spreading to the plants twice in a year, spraying of chemical wherever & whenever to the plants etc.as directed by the dept. d)Removing/picking/sweeping the available garbages from the garden area inside compounds keeping of clean the garden the premises etc. complete as directed by the dept. e)Removing/clearing of waste grass growing inside the park. f)Planting the samplings supplied by the department in the park . .The contractor has to carryout the above mentioned works as per the direction of engineer incharge. g)Moving/Cutting lawns to get uniform look in height & thickness with out damaging the turf etc.as directed by the dept.cost of labour tools and plants and all other incidental charges etc,. complete. Carrying out all kinds of petty work arrises during the period of contract. MONSOON :- Maintainance of garden as directed by department. Hedge cutting: Hedge cutting of the plants wherever & whenever required to shape and height as directed by the department. Manuring: Mixing of manure with red gravel & sand spreading to the plants wherever & whenever required, spraying of chemical to the plants etc,. as directed by the department. Weeding : Removing the unwanted growth of grass, weeds,plants etc,. from the lawn and gerden etc,. and upkeeping by clearing of dust,dirt & leaves etc,. from the turf without damaging the lawn and plants. complete as directed by the department. Flower beds : Preparation of flower beds for plantation of plants and maintaining the existing beds by spreading gravel-sand manure etc,. Including brick lining, whenever required complete as directed by the department. Planting works: Plantation of available plants in the appropriate places as directed by the department. Including digging the pits manuring etc,. Complete as directed by the department

Supply of Cowdung / Compost manure. Etc. Including loading & unloding, Cost of labour, T&P & all other incidental charges etc. complete as directed by the dept.

Supply of red earth of approved quality from the approved quarry including loading and unloading, cost of labour, T&P and all other incidental charges etc. complete as directed by the dept.

Supplying the approved quality river sand beyond tidal range and stacking neatly including cost & conveyance , all labour charges , T&P etc. complete as directed by the dept.
