DISMANTLING AND DEMOLISHING

Extra for cutting reinforcement bars manually/ by mechanical means in R.C.C. or R.B. work ( Payment shall be made on the cross sectional area of R.C.C. or R.B work) as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

PLASTERING

6 mm cement plaster of mix:1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 fine sand)

WATERPROOFING

Providing and applying fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membranewith resilient acrylic polymers having Sun Reflectivity Index (SRI) of 105 on top ofconcrete roof in three coats @10.76 litre/ 10 sqm. One coat of self-priming ofelastomeric waterproofing liquid (dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1) and twocoats of undiluted elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dry film thickness of completeapplication/system not less than 500 microns). The operation shall be carried outafter scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles withwire brushes, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge

DOORS and WINDOWS

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning (SITC) of modular sandwiched doors of width1.5m width and 2.1m to 2.3m height both side GI powder coated sheet of 0.4mm thickness duly flushed with the walls, with 45 mm thick PUF, sandwiched between GI sheets, with seal door, including flushed hinges, view panels (as per the site requirement), SS 304 handle/ push plates and hydraulic door closers. Including Stainless steel hinges, Stainless Steel 'D' type handles on pull side, Stainless steel push plates on push side, Dorma make standard arm door closure (TS-68), View panel along with self-adhesive tape and silicon sealant, both side key operated locking arrangement, Door seal at the bottom & Sides, Stainless Steel kick plates, Filler material: Puff Insulation, Rock wool. Door complete with all necessary hardware, accessories, fittings and fixtures, as per description in individual items, technical specifications, Colour, drawings and instructions of the Engineer-In charge.

WALL PANELLING

Supply Installation Testing & Commissioning (SITC) partitions with powder coated Galvanized Iron of 0.4 mm thick sheet on both sides, 50 mm thick class 'O' PUF of min.38kg/m3 density sandwiched in between. The surface shall be coated with 80-micron thick powder coating by hot dip galvanizing with zinc coating not less than 180gm/sqm both side of the panel. Scope includes bottom runner, covings, interconnecting profiles, fixing arrangements, silicon sealant application and all other accessories required to complete the work as per site requirement. Internal GI framework if necessary for support, Silicon Sealant (Clear/White/Winsel Gray), complete with all necessary hardware, accessories, fittings and fixtures, as per description in individual items, technical specifications, drawings and instructions of the Engineer-In charge

FALSE CEILING

PAINTING

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparingthe surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using primer as per manufacturers specifications:Two or more coats applied on walls @ 1.25 ltr/10 sqm over and including one coat of special primer applied @ 0.75 ltr /10 sqm

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using primer as per manufacturers specifications:Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture

STEEL WORK

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete.Hot finished welded type tubes

Providing and fixing mild steel round holding down bolts with nuts and washer plates complete.

Providing at all heights, levels and locations 0.45 mm thick Galvalume sheet of Alloy 31500/31000/40800, conforming to IS 1254, IS 737, IS 2676. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/self tapping SS screws of size 5.5x65 mm with EPDM seal complete upto required pitch in horizontal, vertical or curved surfaces i/c cutting to size and shape where required as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate shall be inclusive of all screws, seal, ridge, labour, scaffolding, machinery for fixing and approved sealant where required etc. but excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses.
