SUB-HEAD 1 -- SITC OF AC Supply and delivery of High-wall Split type Air-conditioner machine having the following specification :- Cooling Capacity : 6.5 kW (Minimum) Air flow : 800 CFM (Minimum) Minimum ISEER : 3.8, BEE levelling- 3 Star (min) [1st July 2022 to 31st December 2025] IS Compliance : IS-1391 (Part-I & Part-II) with all amendments Refrigrant : R410A/ R32 Compressor : Rotary/Scroll with fixed speed Evaporator & Condenser Coil : Copper Operating outdoor temperature : 48ºC and above Power Supply : 230V, 50Hz (±tolerance as per applicable standard) The PCB board of indoor unit should be covered by metallic enclosure. Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Indoor & Outdoor unit of above Hi wall split AC machine after making hole in wall and mending good damages etc as per direction of EIC including Supply of required Refrigerant, S&F of necessary fixing arrangement for indoor and 40x40x5 mm MS angle iron frame for outdoor unit (or arrangement recommended by Manufacturer), duly painted, laying and making connection of refrigeration pipe, power cable, drain pipe etc as per direction of EIC.

S & F of additional following items for length exceeding 3 mtr. For complete installation and commissioning of above AC machine. (i) Supply & Fixing of extra refrigerant pipe (as requisite dia) with nitrile rubber insulation and wrapping tape (each mtr Refrigerent pipe will include cost of 1 meter liquid pipe line and 1 mtr gas pipe line of required dia and other accessories as required)

S & F of additional following items for length exceeding 3 mtr. for complete installation and commissioning of above AC machine. (i) 2.5 sqmm, 3/4 core copper cable (FRLS type- make: Polycab/Finolex/RR Kabel/Havells)

Supply and Laying Soft Drawn PVC Drain Pipe 19 mm dia with proper supports & brackets as per direction of EIC. (Make- Suprime/Oriplast)

Supply & Laying of PVC/HDPE Pipe 40 mm dia (Make- Suprime / Oriplast) with necessary fitting accessories e.g. bends, elbows, tees, supports, clamps etc. via saddling on wall or concealed in floor after cutting floor incl. necessary masonry & plumbing work and mending good the damages to original finish for draining out water from indoor unit to the nearest drain point. [NS]

Dismantling the existing 1.5/ 2.0 Ton Split type AC machine incl. its copper refrigerant pipeline, power cable, drain pipe, outdoor & indoor unit with allied accessories from its existing position and shifting, Reinstallation the same after thorough checking, testing & necessary minor repairing & gas charging (if required) incl. making holes, necessary fixing arrangement e.g. anchor fasteners, bolts, nuts, washers etc. and mending good the damages as per direction of EIC. SUB-HEAD 2 -- PLUGS & SOCKETS Supply & Fixing 240 V, 25 A, Modular type AC starter (Make- North West/Legrand/L&T/ Crabtree) with 25A Modular switch type DP MCB (C-Curve) and 4 Module GI Modular type switch board with 4 Module top cover plate flushed in wall incl. S&F switch board and cover plate and making necy. connections with PVC Cu wire and earth continuity wire etc. [17 / E-19]

Supply & Fixing 240 V, 25 A, 3 pin Modular type plug socket (Make- North West / Legrand / L&T /Crabtree), without plug top and switch with 2 Module GI Modular type switch board with top cover plate flushed in wall and making necy. connections with PVC Cu wire and earth continuity wire etc. [5(a) / E-17]

SUB-HEAD 3 -- PVC CONDUIT & COPPER WIRES Supplying and fixing PVC Rigid Conduit 'FR' [Precision Make] of following sizes on wall, ceiling with saddles and other accessories as required and mending good damages to building works. 20 mm size [7(a)/ E- 16]

Supplying and Drawing 1.1 KV single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed single core stranded copper wire (Make- RR Kabel /Polycab /Finolex/ Havells) of the following sizes in the prelaid polythene pipe/PVC rigid conduit as per GS. 2 x (4 sqmm) + 1 x (2.5 sqmm) [1(v) / E-9]

Finishing of the PVC insulated wire ends by socketting with pin/ ring type copper sockets and insulated tapes etc., including supplying sockets, tapes. a) 2.5 sq mm [9(i) / F-5]

b) 4 sq mm [9(ii) / F-5]

Supplying and Drawing 1.1 KV single core stranded 'FRLSH' PVC insulated & sheathed single core multistranded 35 sq.mm. copper cable (Make- RR Kabel/Polycab/Finolex/Havells) through PVC flexible pipe for interconnection from Changeover switch to existing VTPN including proper socketting by Pin/Ring type copper lugs (dowells make) of required sizes as required and making necessary connections as per GS. SUB-HEAD 4 -- MISCELLANEOUS S & F of 250V 1-phase Timer DB (equivalent to 2+8 way SPNDB in size) on wall with double door sheet steel enclosure, neutral bar, din rail, with lP43 protection comprises with 25A DPMCB (C-curve 10kA) and 1 no. 24 hr. Digital time switch (L&T, Crono 67DDTO) and 1 no. 22/25A 2 Pole power Contactor (L&T, MNX- 22 - 2P) complete with internal wiring with suitable size of PVC insulated copper wire with socketting and 2 nos. Connector including 1 no. Toggle switch for auto/manual operation and 1 no. LED indicator lamp and necessary earthing attachment as per direction of EIC. [Make: L&T/ABB/Legrand]

S & F of 250V 1-phase Dual AC Timer DB (equivalent to 2+12 way SPNDB in size) on wall with double door sheet steel enclosure, neutral bar, din rail, with lP43 protection comprises with 25A DPMCB (C-curve 10kA) and 1 no. 24 hr. Digital time switch (L&T, Crono 67DDTO) and 2 nos. 22/25A 2 Pole power Contactor (L&T, MNX- 22 - 2P), 2 nos. 20A SPMCB (C-curve 10kA) complete with internal wiring with suitable size of PVC insulated copper wire with socketting and 2 nos. 2-way Connector including 2 nos. Supply & Fixing of perforated GI cable tray bend with perforation not more than 17.5% suspended from ceiling with two nos. suspenders & 25x25x3mm angle iron for supporting the cross member incl. Laying of RAC copper refrigerant pipeline, on existing Cable Tray and binding with suitable size GI wire/ tie/ clamp. [NS]

Dismantling of the existing old damaged unusable electrical installtaion incl. electrical wiring, cables, TPN SFUs, Busbar, DBs & other materials by Co's own tools & tackels and shifting the same to site store & mending good the damages as per direction of EIC. [NS]

SUB-HEAD 5 -- BDB, PDB, VTPN ETC Supplying and fixing double door Horizontal TPN MCB Distribution board with IP-42/43 protection, concealed in wall after cutting the wall & mending good the damages to original finish incl. Inter connection with suitable size of copper wire and neutral link & provision for earthing attachment. [Make- Legrand/L&T/Schneider/ABB] a) 4 Way [14/D-10]

SUB HEAD 6 -- SUPPLY & LAYING OF CABLE Supply and delivery of 4/3.5/2 Core XLPE Insulated & Sheathed Armoured Aluminium Conductor cables for Working Voltage up to 1100 Volts of following sizes. [Make- Gloster/RR Kabel/Havells/Polycab] [NS] a) 4 Core 25 Sq.mm.

b) 4 Core 35 Sq.mm.

Laying of cable as below, after cutting floor/pavement/wall/ and making holes incl. embedding the cable at an average depth as below and mending good the damages to original finish incl. removing the rubbish. From 2.5 sqmm to 35 sqmm at an average depth of 75 mm in floor / pavement / wall etc. [5(i)/F-3]

Laying of cable upto 3/4 core 25 sqmm on wall/surface incl. S & F MS saddles with earthing attachment in 10 SWG GI (Hot Dip) Wire, making holes etc. as necy. mending good damages and painting. [2(b)/F-1]

Laying of cable from 3/3½ core 35 sqmm to 50 sqmm on wall/surface incl. S & F MS saddles with earthing attachment in 2 x 10 SWG GI (Hot Dip) Wire, making holes etc. as necy., mending good damages and painting. [2(c)/F-1]

Laying of two cables upto 35 sqmm in an underground trench in single tier formation (horizontal), the trench size : 680 mm x 760 mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of each cable 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per Mtr. and 4 (four) Nos. bricks per Mtr. as separator between the bricks and cables and also trench to be filled up with shifted soil, levelling up and restoring surface duly rammed. Laying of cable as below, on existing Cable Tray and binding with suitable size GI wire. Up to 50 sqmm [6(i)/F-3]

Laying only Cable upto 50 sqmm through existing RCC/Hume/ GI Pipe/open masonary trench for single, 2, 3, 3½ & 4 core. [3(a)/F-1]

Laying on Pole with Clamps Fixing of Cable along the lenth of O.H. pole incl. S & F MS pole clamps fabricated from 25 mm x 6 mm MS flat incl. painting. [4/F-1]

Supply and drawing of two nos. 7/14 or 6 No. SWG galvanised stranded wire for drawing two nos. armored cable (supply of cable is not included in the scope) by catenary system of wiring with 3nos. reel insulator per mtr. and binding with binding wires etc as reqd. [NS]

Supplying & Erection of Galv. ‘D’ iron complete with suitable pole clamp 75mmx88mm porcelain shackle insulator & 15 mm dia Galv. bolts & nuts. incl. painting. [C-7/H-3]

Supply and fixing special type Angle iron support for laying cables in horizontal run on wall fabricated with 40 x 40 x 6mm MS angle of 18 inch length properly grouted into the wall along with S & F half round MS Clamp fabricated from 25 mm x 5 mm MS flat for rigidly holding the cable incl. drilling holes, nuts, bolts & washers etc. painting the same and mending good the damages as to GS. Supplying & Fixing 50 mm dia 3.20 metre long (incl. bends) ‘L‘ Type service bracket on wall for carrying 4 wires and an earth wire complete with Galv. clamp for stay, insulators etc.. 7/14 SWG stranded Galv. (Hot Dip) wire for stay with 230x13 mm dia straining screws, 75x88 mm porcelain shackle insulators with Galv. (Hot Dip) strips etc. and painting. [3/H-6]

Erection of Single Steel tubular pole of length as given below with/without sole plate & Cap etc. in CC foundation (Proportion and dimension indicated below), having 600x600x150 mm thick CC (4:2:1) base block below sole plate/pole with hard jhama metal including CC (6:3:1) muffing 0.30 mts. dia and 0.30 mts. above ground level including 3 mm thick neat cemented finish and GI earth bolt after making drilled holes etc. as per GS. -- Upto 9.0 mtr; Size - 06 x 0.6 x 1.70 mtrs. SUB-HEAD 7 -- EARTHING Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts. long and 1 x 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 13 mm dia x 80 mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. S & F 15 mm dia GI pipe protection (1 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level as below : By ISI-Medium GI pipe. Extra for providing masonery enclosure on the top of the earth electrode of overall size 86.36 cm x 86.36 cm x 46 cm deep (below ground level) complete with cemented brick work(1:6) of 25 cm width duly plastered with cement morter (inside) Cl hinged inspection cover of size 36.56 cm x 35.56 cm with locking arrangement, GI reducer including drilling of 46 nos. 12 mm dia holes on the GI pipe.
