M&L Preparation of old painted cement concrete floor surface where existing painting to be removed to receive flooring system shall be abraded to a minimum of 150microns profile using shot/blasting/Scrapping complete The surface shall be shot-blast,diamond grinded or power scarified as required to obtain clean open porous concrete and to remove sufficient materials to provide a sound surface,free of resistance glaze efflorscence and any bond inhabiting curing compounds complete all as per manufactures instructions, as specified and directed.

M&L Preparation of old concrete floor surfaces having oil grease or other penetrating contaminants by treating with acid itching burning etc complete all as per manufacturer's instructions as as per manufactures instructions all as specified and directed.

M&L Preparation of new or old concrete surfaces free from oil grease or other penetrating contaminants by wire brushing blower etc complete all as specified

M&L Applying one coat of epoxy primer Nito prime 25 of FOSROC or other manufacturer's as given in list of makes and as per manufaturer's instructions.

M&L Racking out old expansion joint upto a depth of 40mm and inserting closed cell, medium density, cross linked polyethyene foam back up rod of 30mm dia, priming top 12mm depth with approved primer and filling with polyurethane based sealent all as specified and as per manufacturer's instructions

M&L Racking out old contraction/dummy joint and cleaning the joint with blower and treating for filling joints as under:- (a) Stage-1 Priming Providing and applying epoxy primer to the designated area with Nitoprime 25, a two part epoxy resin primer of FOSROC or other manufacturer's given in list of makes, supply pre-weighed units ready for on site mixing and application ready to recieve epoxy to the prime surface. (b) Stage-2 Joint Filling Providing and applying the epoxy resin screed Nitoflor TF5000 which shall be applied on epoxy primer whilst it is stacky of FOSROC or other manufacturer's given in list of makes, the tough screed shall be laid by trowel as a durable abrasion resistant screed at 3mm to 6mm thickness which on curing @ 30 degree centigrade, should achieve a compressive strenth of 90N/mm2 @ 1 day. 110N/mm2 @ 7 days when tested as per BS 6319 pt. 2, flexural strength of 40N/mm2 when tested as per BS 6319 pt. 3, Tesile strenth of 20N/mm2 when tested as per BS 6319 pt. 7. the maximum warp on the screed when tested as per IS 9162-1979 shall not exceed 0.24mm and the minimum value of notched izod impact strength shall be 34J/m when tested as per ASTM D256. Note: (i) Work shall be carried by authorised applicater of the manufacturer under manufacturer's supervision.

M&L High Strength Epoxy Underlay of Nitrofloor and Polyurethane Floor Topping of Nitroflor shall be provided with following steps (a) Providing and applying the high strength, self levelling, epoxy underlay flooring Nitoflor EU5 of FOSROC or other makes given in list of makes as an epoxy under lay of 3mm thickness on the designated area, the product shall be applied with V notch trowel and rolled by spike roller to release the entrapped air. the screed on curing @ 30 degree centrigrade should achieve a minimum compressive strength of 70N/mm2 @ 7 days when tested as per BS 6319 part 3 and tensile strength and tear strength of 12N/mm2 when tested as per BS 6319 part. (b) Providing and apply high strength plyurethane self leveling flooring SL 200UB of FOSROC or other makes given in list of makes as in floor topping with 2mm thickness in designated area, the product should be applied with V notch trowel and rolled by spike roller to release the entrapped air, the screed on curing @ 30 degree centrigrade should achieve a compessive strength of 65 N/mm2 @ 7 days when tested as per BS 6319 pt. 2. flexural strenth of 28 N/mm2 when tested as per BS 6319 pt. 3, tensile strength of 15N/mm2 when tested as per BS 6319 pt. 7. Note : (i) Testing of the flooring shall be done for tensile strength as per ASTM D412 and D624 respectively (ii) Work shall be carried by authorised applicator of the manufacture under manufacturer's supervision (iii) Testing of polyurethane item/joints filling materials shall be done as per IS/ASTM before incorporation of material in the work. (iv) A test patch suitable area as per manufacture's as advice of flooring shall be carried out before execution of work without any extra cost to department by the contractor and after getting approval from GE before the flooring work is under taken.

M&L Repair to Crack on pavement by Elastomeric Concrete shall be carried out as under : (a) Surface Preparation : Open the cracks till to get a sound based surface and space to have anchorages with elasomeric concrete(Flex O Patch) opening of the crack in any case should such that the prepared edge of the repair surface area should have 90 degree angle or obtuse angle with respect to the surface to have better anchorage.The prepared surface shall be free from all oils,grease,dirt,waxes heavy laitance and sharp edges.Sand blasting with medium girt sand is the preffered method of surface preparation.Mechanical grinding the surface is acceptable only when sand blasting is not possible.The surface should be prepared so as to add new profile to the concrete. (b) Priming : Prior to mixing and placing the elstomeric concrete, prime the substrates(s) coming in contract with the elstomeric concrete.Both vertical and horizontal surfaces should be primed with SPECIAL PRIMER RDL-942 of Chocksychemical or other Makes specified.The material should be applied using a paint brush and single coat. (c) Mixing and laying of elastromeric concrete :Kit contain 3Kg of part A and 1.5Kg of Part B with a 5.5 Kgs part of Part C(E-Crete Aggregate) using a drill and spiral mixing paddle premix A&B components unit uniform(approx 60-90 seconds).Immediately remove contents from Ç'and add to the above and continue mixing until no dry material appears.Once mixed the material can be poured into the block out/hoke white the primer is still wet.The material is self-leveling.Trowel finish as desired. Depth of elastomeric concrete = 50mm. Note :- (i) Use Xylene or Toluen as an Equipment cleaning solvent. (ii) Work shall be carried by authorised applicator under the manufacturer's supervision. (iii) Contractor will submit materrial testing certificate as per manufacturer instruction.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium any type of sub main wiring and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall/floors/ceiling etc complete all as specfied & directed.

M & L Sub main wiring using two single core 6 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed cable with copper conductor 1100 volts grade ISI marked drawing in and including PVC Casing Caping/PVC Conduit accessories like bends, tee, etc fix on wall and ceiling and connecting to earth dolly and including 6 Sqmm earth wire, PVC insulated & unsheathed all as directed. Note: (i) Two runs of 6 sqmm and one run of 6 sqmm cable and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one RM.
