Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Frangible Illuminated landing direction indicator (Landing H) confirming to ICAO Annex 14, volume I and suitable for operation on 230 V, 50 Hz, single phase AC supply and complete with necessary foundation and following main components as required as per technical specifications. a) Aluminium frame of 2mm thickness supported on aluminium frangible pipe inserted in cast iron base plate. Dimension shall confirm to ICAO Annex 14 and frangibility of structure shall confirm to ICAO Annex 14 & Aerodrome design manual part-6/FAA. The entire structure shall be powder coated with either white or orange paint. (b) Minimum 32 nos. of suitable wattage LEDs as per manufacturer standards but not less than 10W per lamp in polycarbonate bird deterrent dome. (c) Landing T indication by illumination and changeover facility. (d) Control box, internal copper wiring, provision for remote control operation through existing ALCMS. (e) Any other component required for operation of landing direction indicator

Supply, Installation,Testing & Commissioning of hinged type tiltable LED Illuminated Wind Cone indicator (Wind Direction Indicator (WDI).The WDI shall made of 75mm dia B class GI pipe pole, with MS hinged base, CC base foundation with anchor bolts, LED obstruction light having Aluminium cast body & red polycarbonate dome on top of pole, 4way Aluminum casting junction box with arm for fixing external light, 4 nos. 11W LED light with drivers & suitable shades, LED light for wind cone, wind sock assembly, Truncated fabric wind sock complete complying ICAO standard including supply of all required materials, SS hardwares, bracket for drum & bearing,with 1:2:4 CC foundation of 750mm X 750mm X 1000 mm thick. With neat cement plaster, copper wiring, connections / interconnections complete as required and as per enclosed specifications.

Supply of 63 mm dia.(Outer)/50 mm (inner) size, DWC HDPE pipe, ISI marked conforming to IS 14930 Part II with upto date amendments etc. complete as required.

Supplying and laying of 50 mm dia medium class GI pipe (ISI marked) along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc.in the existing bitmenous/cement road cutting area. as per the site requirement.

Laying of 63 mm dia DWC HDPE pipe Complete with all fittings direct in ground (80 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench after laying Pipe etc. complete as required.

Laying of the following size, one number PVC insulated, PVC sheathed, Cu conductor Airfield power cable of 5 kV grade in the existing RCC/METAL/DWC HDPE pipe/Open mansonry duct/ Cable Tray/trench etc. complete as required. Up to 2C x16 sqmm cu.cable

Laying of the following size, one number PVC insulated, PVC sheathed, Cu conductor Airfield power cable of 5 kV grade of following size in the existing Hume pipes at RWY/Taxiway/Road crossing etc. complete as required. Up to 2C x16 sqmm cu.cable

Supply, installation, testing, commissioning of feeder pillar box made out of 3mm thick hot press moulded SMC (GS -JB - 3750 type or equivalent) of size with outside dimensions not less than 395mm(H) x 545 mm(W) x 220mm(D) and inner dimensions as 350mm(H)x481mm(W)x210 (D) watertight construction with 2 Nos 50mm dia GI pipe legs with breakable coupling , making necessary provision for cable entry for 2x16 sq.mm/2x6sq.mm PVC sheathed & PVC insulated armoured/unarmoured cable and making brick pedestal of size 1mx1m around the feeder pillar box with brick,sand cement mortar of ratio 1:6 (1cement : 6 sand) etc. complete as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe of 4 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing 300x300x450(H) mm RCC earth pit chamber suitable to receive 6mm thick MS chequered plate with handle,strengthening & compaction of soil below the earth pit chamber including providing suitable ratio PCC, providing & laying positional cement concrete (1:2:4) of depth 100mm surrounding the earth pit chamber covering surface area of 01 Sqmtr,including providing and fixing of reducer, water funnel with wire mesh arrangement for watering etc. with charcoal/coke and salt as required.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.l. wire in 15 mm dia G.l. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.l. thimble, excavation and re-filling as required.

Supply & laying of 6 SWG G.I earth wire along the cable for loop earthing etc. as required.

Excavation of existing Bituminous/ Concrete road to facilitate laying of metal pipe including disposal of material within 50 Meters lead and providing & laying in position 1:2:4 (1 Cement; 2 Coarse sand; 4 Graded stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size) all works up to plinth level to fill up the excavated trenches after laying of the metal pipe complete above etc. as required.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:2:4 ((1 Cement; 2 Coarse sand; 4 Graded stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size), All work up to plinth level as required.
