Should have satisfactorily working certificate/work completion certificate for TECHNICAL WORKS OF LIBRARY BOOKS in any one year in the last three financial years (2020-21, 2021-22 and 2022,23) to any Govt Department Libraries.
Tenderer shall be either proprietorship or partnership firm or a company registered under the companies Act 1956 or a registered society.
The turnover of the tenderer shall not be less than Rs 30.00 Lakhs in any one year 2020-21, 2021-22 and 2022-23Duly certified by a chartered accountant.
Copy of the PAN card of the firm has to be uploaded as detailed below a. If a firm is sole proprietorship PAN and AADHAR card copy of the proprietorship b. If a firm is partnership PAN card copy of the firm only partners PAN card Copy will not be considered C. If a firm is private Ltd. or Public Ltd. Company, PAN card copy of the company.
Details of Income Tax returns filed for the years 2020-21, 2021-22 and 2022,23.
GST Certificate and GST returns Documents fot the year 2020-21, 2021-22 and 2022,23

For the work of arranging the books purchased under City Library Fund Stamping of address seal & Numbering Seal, (Front page and page No-51) and Entering of book details in the Branch Accession Register and Dividing the Books in to Library wise and, Pasting of book pocket and due date slips to every book, Entering details of the books information in book card and Library wise accession Number in Numbering Sheet.
