(a) Electric resistance or induction butt welded tubes

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : (a) Two or more coats on new work

Providing and fixing Carben Steel galvanised chemical Anchor Fastener (min 5 micron) of 12 mm dia double threaded 6.8 grade counter sunk head screw comprising of 12 mm dia polyamide PA 6 grade sleave. Size 12mm x 150 mm The chemical treatment of the carben steel galvanised fastener should be done with using hilti chemical RE 500. Note: 1.The above item includes drilling, cleaning of hole, chemical treatment with hilti RE 500 and fixation of anchor fastener as per direction & satisfaction of EIC. 2. The item shall be executed through approved vendor/applicator of the HILTI.

Providing and fixing M12 dia bolts of approved make of length 300mm having nuts, washer arrangement along with Chemical treatment with HILTI chemical RE 500 and as per the drawing attached complete as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note: 1. The above item includes drilling, cleaning of hole, chemical treatment with HILTI RE 500 and fixation of Nut and bolt in position 2. The item shall be executed through approved vendor/applicator of the HILTI.

Providing and fixing Polycarbonate multiwall sheet of minimum 10 mm thick (Both side U.V. coated) of approved make on the frame work of view cutter using 20 mm x 1.63 mm alcox section, E.P.D.M rubber gasket and water proofing silicone sealant wherever required so as to make it water tight. The top of the sheet should be closed with U bracket of suitable section. Alcox section shall be fixed on M.S section with stainless fixing screws etc complete. The above item includes necessary fixtures and scaffolding etc. required for the installation. Note: For payment purpose only finished sqm area of sheet will be measured. Nothing extra will be paid.

Providing Electrical Operated Boom Lift Machine with operator for erection of vertical poles and sheet work at bridge leading to departure end. The machine should have well-built working platform which can carry 2 persons and sufficient material so that work at height of about 20 mtr can be executed. Transportation, loading, unloading, are all included in this item. Note: 1. 9 hours working + 1 hour rest = 10 hours is considered for per day. 2. The measurement will be done on actual days of working of the machine. 3. Agency should maintain proper log book showing starting time and closing time of the machine. 4. Excess/Less hours should be paid/recover on the pro- rata basis considering the average of working hour of machine for the whole period.
