M&L outdoor type cable end terminatrion kit, cold shirnkable jointing material and accessory complete suitable for 11 KV HT XLPE underground cable size 95 sqmm 3 core including excavation /returning filling work,testing after jointing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for stringing and stretching (ACSR) conductor on HT/LT over head line including binding on insulator with aluminium binding wire or aluminium trap for (Weasel) 6/1x2.59mm aluminium and 1x2.59 steel/ Ferret (6/1 x 3.0 mm aluminium and 1 x3.0 mm steel), compelete all as specified and directed.

M&L stay assembly complete comprising of 7/3.15 galvanised stranded stay wire of required length fixed to pole with and including FI clamps 50 x 6 mm size bolt, nuts washers, GI steel stay rod 20 mm dia and 1800 mm long stay bow 400 x14mm, GI steel plate 300x300x6mm, two nos thimble loop insulator of size 90x140mm clearance hole 16mm including two coats of aluminium paint over a one coat of red oxide primer on exposed mild steel work as shown in electrical plate No. 1 of SSR part - I 2009 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying in replacement GI steel tubing light grade (IS-1239) of size 80mm with all fittings in trenches/under roads/along pole/wall for protection of Cable/GI wire/ GI strip etc all as specified and directed. (Note : Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separetely)

All as per item No. 14 here in before but size of pipe 100 mm dia

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel, earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron/steel all as shown in in electrical plate No 5 on page 19-49 of MES schedule 1991 Part I connected to main switch board /main DBs/ earthing test point Including all necessary excavation and earth work in hard/ dense soil common salt and charcoal dust mixed and packed 150 mm thick all-round the GI earth plate, watering pipe 20 mm dia G I medium grade . All as per item No. 16 here in before but with GI earth strip 32x6mm by means of nut, bolts, check nuts, washers of GI steel 40mm dia light grade 1.5 mtr long watering pipe with one socket and plug on top and 40mm dia GI pipe light grade for protection of earth strip upto a length of 7.5 mtr incl PCC chamber RCC cover with lifting handle, layer of charcoal & salt including necessary excavation & earth work all as shown in EP No 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 16 but using copper plate 600mm x 600mm x 3.15mm thick electrode and copper strip 20x3mm by means of nut, bolts, check nuts, washers of GI steel 40mm dia light grade 1.5 mtr long watering pipe with one socket and plug on top and 40mm dia GI pipe light grade for protection of earth strip upto a length of 7.5 mtr incl PCC chamber RCC cover with lifting handle, layer of charcoal & salt including necessary excavation & earth work all as shown in EP No 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified and directed.

M & L for one coat of aluminium paint of approved quality including preparation of existing old painted surface of steel tubular pole HT complete including flat iron clamps, bracing , cross arms etc and numbering of poles with white synthetic enamel paint over a circular painted base complete all as specified and directed.

Tightening/restringing existing loose/broken conductor ACSR/copper any type or size incl binding with suitable binding wire and jointing jumpers as required at site all as specified and directed.

Tightening and restringing existing loose/broken continuous GI wire 4 mm dia on existing HT over head lines including stringing all as required at site complete all as specified

Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil not exc 1.5 mtrs wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth for post holes, laying cables and getting out including jointing bottom surface to the reqd level/slope etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation of steel tubular pole incl form work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC (1: 4:8 ) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in bottom of pit for bed concrete of steel tubular pole incl form work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC ( 1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping including all form work complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of existing HT pole any size/type from foundation in necessary earth work including dismantling of concrete MS clamps nuts, bolts, earth wire, overhead lines conductor, insulators, gaurding cradles and other accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of cross arms, fabricated from Ms structural section of any type and size, duly bolted from existing position and keeping at side for repair/replacement as directed.

Taking out old unserviceable HT cable any size from treanch/wall/pole etc including protection cover all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of existing stay assembly any type/size from its stay rod, cutting stay rods (above ground portion) dismantling MS clamps, nuts, bolts, stay bow, loop insulators, stay wire etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling/taking out old ACSR/copper conductor/GI earth wire any size from existing over head lines incl disconnection all as specified and directed.

Dismantling/taking out insulator of any size/type from existing electric HT lines all as specified and directed.

Cutting/ Trimming of trees/branches from HT/LT overhead lines /pole of any width/ girth clearing 2 meter horizontal 7.2 meter vertical distance from both side of conductor including collection and shifting the retrieved timber from site at a place as directed by Engr-in-charge complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Each span have a distance 40mtr approximately (ii) All cutting branches of trees shall be thrown away/ burnt at approximate 200 to 500 mtr away as directed.

M&L for danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitrous enamelled white with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size for HT 25 x 20 cm complete incl taking down old danger plates all as directed at site.

Supply and fixing in replacement of HT jumper of existing two/four pole structure of transformer etc includinng using jumpers made out of HT XLPE cable 11 KV, including PG clamp nut, bolts, thimbles and washers etc as required at site all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for disconnecting of defective transformer (indoor/outdoor) type 11/433 KV copper wound from power mains and dismantling the same from 2/4 pole structure/plateform mounted substation at site and opening for removing of the unserviceable parts i.e. bushing, bushing rod, stud, lugs, nut & bolts as required and re-assembling after carrying out required repair and installation on existing 2/4 pole structure/plateform with neccessary arangements including connecting up electricallly, commissioning and testing all as directed by Engr-in-Charge and specified in particular specification of the following capacity :- (a) 25 KVA to 500 KVA Note : U/S, worn out items required replacement shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of Sch.

M&L for HT porcelain bushing complete with brass finned copper rod with nuts & bolts, gasket complete including taking down old bushing for 25 KVA to 160 KVA capacity transformer complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 41 here in before but capacity of trasformer 250 KVA to 500 KVA

M&L for LT porcelain bushing complete with brass/tinned copper rod with nuts/bolts and gasket set for 25KVA to 160KVA capacity of transformers including taking down old bushing complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 43 here in befoe but capacity of transformer 250 KVA to 500 KVA

M & L for Painting of transformer of capacity 25 KVA to 100 KVA by apply two coats of synthetic enamelled paint of grey colour by spray painting complete including prepration of old surfaces by removing dust, oil, grease etc all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No 45 here in before but capacity of transformer above 100 KVA

M & L for packing the silica get to bring it to required blueish colour and re-filling the new Silica gel in to the breather complete all as directed.

M & L for Dehydration /filtration of transformer oil of existing transformer/ OCB installed at site with portable plant to improve the dielectric strength 45 to 60 KV during filling after initial filtration including testing of dielectric strength after dehydration at site.

Supply & filling in replacement of transformer oil in transformer in situ/ at site for toping up the level of oil having dielectric strength 40-60 KV during filling after initial filtration conforming to IS-335 all as directed at site by Engr-in-Charge of Make : Power/Insole/Universal (Transformer oil shall be supplied in sealed container)

Supply and fixing breather suitable for transformer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Anti-climbing device,spikes type fabricated out of M.S bars (round, square and flat) including nut, bolts, washers and welding in two halves made to shape to suit the cross section of the pole complete all as specified

Supply and fixing in replacement HT cable/route indicator cast iron of suitable size along HT cable trench including planting in ground with PCC complete all as specified and directed.

M&L stringing and stretching galvanised steel wire 4 mm dia for guard wire of HT/LT over head line incl binding on insulator with aluminium binding wire or aluminium trap compelete all as specified and directed.

M&L for calibration (all connections and Mechanism) cleaning servicing overhauling testing complete of 11KV VCB(SF6) as mentioned below: a). Taking out incoming and outgoing HT 11 KV 3 core cables from the electric system and calibrating the CTs of each VCB(SF6) with the help of primary injection kit and testing it for proper tripping system in presence of Engr-in-charge and reconnecting the incoming and outgoing HT cables complete in panels. b). Taking out overcurrent relay 02 Nos and Earth fault relay 01 No and calibration of relays with the help of secondary injection kit,and proper setting of relays and refixing back in existing positions testing of proper tripping system in presence of Engr-in-charge c). Inspecting, servicing and checking all connections of control winding, proper availability of supply AC/DC, incoming and outgoing connections and tightening them, cleaning the contacts and terminal with CTC solution and using the blower for dusting complete testing it making VCB set trouble free service in full satisfaction of Engr-in-charge and inclusive of one primer coat with red oxide one under coat , one finshing coat with aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed d) Repair/replacement of defective bus bar-3 Nos and PT bushing-3Nos d). All the instruments, primary and secondary injection kit and T&P required for the above job shall be arranged by the contractor at site and cost of the deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Supply & Fix in repair PT Fuse for 11KV HT panelsVCB(SF6) for incoming/ outgoing with connecting accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of old U/S relays of HT VCB/SF6 including supply & fixing of relay system in existing HT VCB panel complete with self powered microprocessor based programmable over current and earth fault relay, with self check facility, with programmable characteristics and data storage feature. as per exixting sample including calibrating and inspection and testing complete assembly all as specified and directed.Make ABB/Crompton/Ashida/Areva

Opening up the top cover of transformer and taking out the transformer Oil in a separate container after disconnecting the HT/LT side electric connections from both the primary & secoundary side of the transformer of any type/description (indoor/out door type) installed on pole/floor, for carrying out necessary repair/rewinding to HT/LT side after shifting the transformer to contractors work shop including taking out complete core assembly, Megger the defectivewinding portion/taking out ,cleaning the laminated core and rewinding with appropriate guage/winding wire/strip winding of existing, description for transformer of capacity above 100 KVA to 500 KVA/including assembling & testing on completion & installation the same at the site all as specified and directed by the Engineer-In-Charge,. Note:- 1. Winding of coil shall be measured and paid separately under respective item. 2. Transportation chagres are inclusive in the quoted rates. 3. The cost for the dehydration of transformer oil if required shall be measured and paid separately. 4. The cost of insulation material such as paper,cotton tape, latheriod sheet, cork sheet etc are inclusive in the coated rates.
