Overhauling & Revamping of the following APFC panels in which the scope of work includes One time preventive maintenance cleaning, checking & Tightening of all terminations, fuses, links, Switches/MCB/ MCCB/contactor/ACB, Busbar, Interconnections, earthing, metering units, Reactors, Capacitors, Thyristor switching Module etc. replace any damaged SFUs/MCB/MCCB/Fuse unit, Neutral links, eye/pin type copper lug/Al. lug for incoming and outgoing terminals, rewiring of control circuit as required, stenciling, programing the existing relay to acheive the P.F value > 0.95 complete as required and as directed by the Engineer in charge . Note:During the defect liabity period, if the P.F value becomes less than 0.95 the contractor should attend and maintain the value >0.95

125 KVAR APFC panel

Supply,Installation, testing and commissioning of 12 stage APFC relay with RS 485 port in existing APFC panel by replacing the Faulty APFC relay.( Beluke CM12T3AMB or Equivalent)

Repair of TSM Module:The work includes checking/Repair of/replacement of faulty components in existing TSM module in existing APFC panel complete as required and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

TSM LC 25 for 25KVAR

TSM LC 50 for 50KVAR

Installation, testing and commissioning of 50 KVAR copper reactor in existing APFC panel by replacing the Faulty reactor of same rating.

Supply,Installation, testing and commissioning of Fresh air fan/exhaust fan in existing APFC panel by providing neccesary wiring with 2.5sqmm FRLS wire, MCB,modification and ventillation complete with all accesories as required and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Supply and laying of Uninyvin Single core copper cables (as per IS:10241 Part 3) in the APFC panels by retrieving the existing damaged cables including necessary clamping/support as required and as directed by the Engineer in charge

Supplying and making end termination with suitable type copper lugs for Uninyvin Single core copper cables as mentioned in item no 6.1 with heat shrinkable sleeves, bimetallic washers, ferrules as required and as directed by the Engr.in charge

Supply of semiconductor fuses/relays of same make and same model in existing APFC panel as directed by the Engr.-in-Charge.
