M&L for earthing complete with galvanished steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6.0 mm thick buried directly in ground and earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below NGL and top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Mtr deep below NGL, surrounded with adequate qty of char coal dust mixed with salt to a packed thickness not less than 15 Cm on all sides of earth plate incl excavation, earth work, returning filling in , removal of surplus soil to a distance in n.exc. 50 mtr incl GI wire 4 mm as earthing lead with nut bolts etc to earth plate one end connected to continuous earth wire incl GI pipe watering light grade with CI funnel and wire mesh and PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 as in pit chamber and RCC pit cover 50mm thick precast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 duly re-enforced with MS bar 6mm dia @ 150mm C/C both ways with 10mm dia MS bar lifting handles, all as described in electric plate No. 3 of SSR part-I complete all as specified and directed.
