Upgradation of Sengulam-Pallivasal 66kV line to 110 kV power evacuation of Upper Sengulam Power House

Detailed Surveying of the route using total station and GPS instrument along the alignment fixed by the Board, preparation of the longitudinal profiles of the route showing all site details of the terrain including GPS coordinates of all tower location for the Km for full width of the line route, plotting of tower locations with details of types and extensions to towers, preparation of tower schedule, calculations involving sag and tension of conductors, preparation and supply of one copy of the approved sag template on transparent acrylic plastic sheet. Supply after completion of all the stub setting works, two paper print copies and one laminated copy of the approved profile drawing and route map with the final tower locations marked along with the soft copy in Auto CAD format as directed by board staff(for 110kv line, ROW- 22m).

Conducting check survey setting out towerposition on ground, pit marking, all confirming to the approved profile, and tower schedule using digital Theodolites / total station etc. as directed by the board staff.

Marking the trees as specified with using enamel paint of approved quality and shades as specified, letters/figures of height 2.5 cm to 5 cm including all charges of labour and cost of materials etc complete.

Transport of materials issued departmentally for the works from Departmental store Angamaly and distribution to locations for erection including storage if necessary loading and unloading and stacking charges etc. as directed by board staff - general area Line and Earth conductors by lorry

Bailing out water with engine and pump set including conveyance to site and erection cost of fuel, lubricating oil and other stores, pay of staff etc. complete.
