M&L for design, supply, fabrication, Installation, testing and commissoning Factory made LT panel outdoor type totally enclosed, dust and vermin proof, suitably ventilated, floor mounted, 415 volts, 3 phase and neutral, 50 Hz AC supply system, fully compartmentalized, both side openable, made out of 3.00 mm thick CRCA sheet, protection of enclousure IP-54 as per IS: 2147 of 1962 with pre-treatment and powder coated of approved colour including suitable frame work/support made out of suitable size angle iron/flat iron, front opening type with provision for cable entry, with proper ferrule and cable glands, internal wiring with PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor FRLS cable of adequate size(minimum 1.5 sqmm), including required civil works/anchoring bolts for fixing, PCC foundation etc with and including following all as specified and directed :- Note - The job includes dismantling old unsv outdoor/ indoor type switch gear panel alongwith associated busbar , metering, fuses, MCCBs, u/s switches, starters etc indication lamp including disconnecting power cable all as specified and as directed.

(b) MCB TPN 40Amp - 01 Nos (c) MCB DP 40 Amp - 08 Nos Note:- MCCB/MCB/ATS should be mounted vertically in panel Notes for Item No 1 to 4:- 1. Panel manufacturers should have in house powder coating plant with minimum 8 tank pretreatment of MS sheet facilities, dust free spray paint booth.(8 tanks pretreatment process includes: degreasing/ water rinsing/ de-dusting/water rinsing/ activation/ phosphate water rinsing / passivation). 2. Thickness of powder coating shall not be less than 80 microns and test certificate for powder coating shall be furnished along with LT panel 3. The panel manufacturer should have following certification: (i) CPRI certification degree of protection IP-54 ( should have IEC:61439-1-2 & IEC:60529 tests) (ii) CPRI certification shrot circuit with stand strength should be 50 KA RMS for 1 sec with initial peak of 105 KA (iii) CPRI certification rated current for short circuit not less than 5000A 4. All the electricals switch gear like MCCBs, MCB should be of same make 5. Drawing of panel board should be got approved from GE before fabrication. 6. Panel board should be fully compartmentalized in accordance to form 4 b of IEC 61439-1-2.

Removal of serviceable MCCB of any capacity from old unsv panel and refixing the same at other location complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

Disconnecting, dismantling and taking out of unsv analog type ammeter from LT Panel box and supply and fixing new three phase ampere meter digital type including CT of range (0-500), amp of size 96x96mm for LT including necessary control wire connection and necessary thimbles nut bolts etc testing incl cutting if required in existing LT panel complete all as specfied and directed.

Disconnecting, dismantling and taking out of unsv analog type voltmeter from LT Panel box and supply and fixing new three phase volt meter digital type including PT of range (0-500V), of size 96x96mm for LT including necessary control wire connection and necessary thimbles nut bolts etc testing incl cutting if required in existing LT panel complete all as directed.

Disconnecting, dismantling and taking out of unserviceable indicator lamp from LT panel and supply and fixing new indicator lamp assemble LED type RYB including making connections with 2.5sqmm copper conductor single core PVC insualted cable and necessary thimbles nut bolts etc incl cutting the slot if required in existing LT Panel complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick burried directly in ground. (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr depth below ground level at any type of strata) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with salt to a packed thickness of 15cm all around the plate. connected by 25 x4 GI strip as earth lead by means of brass nut and bolt thimble check nuts, washers including concrete chamber of PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with fair finish, internal surface of concrete chamber shall be given internal dia 300mm x300mm, 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 funnel with wire mesh, RCC pit cover of 320x320x80mm size (1:2:4) Type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate rainforced with XPM all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-1(2009) and specified including and provision of GI strip upto 7.5 mtrs long with 40 mm dia light grade GI pipe protection and watering pipe of GI 20 mm bore, medium grade, including all exavation and earth work and connecting the earthing strip to panel, including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- (i) RCC pit cover shall be precast of RCC(1:2:4) type B1, 80mm thick rainforced with XPM weighing not less than 4kg/sqm in lieu of CI cover. (ii) Cost of additional GI strip more than 7.5 mtrs will be measured and paid seperately under relevant items.

S&F in repairs of Ring type LT Current Transformer of ratio 500/5A with accuracy class 1 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs including stringing of over head ACSR conductor any size i.e weasel, Ferret and Dog and any type including binding/ jointing the conductor to insulator with binding wire complete all as specified and directed. Note:- ACSR shall be Supply and stringing from KV Area to IInd Stage which is not approachable by road.

Re-stretching only over head ACSR conductor / earth wire of any size and type comprising of one conductors/ wire over steel tubular poles, incl opening, streching, binding and jointing the conductor to insulater with and incl 14 SWG binding wire and tape the jumper complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs galvanized steel wire 3.15mm or 4mm dia continous eath wire on pole or guard wire for protecting fallen overhead conductor including binding wire of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs pin type composite polymer insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washer and one galvanised iron nut, suitable for 1100V grade complete all as specified and directed

M&L for prepration of existing old treated surface of steel tubular poles 9 mtr long (upto 1.20 mtr from coping/ ground level (whichever is on upper side) incl brackets, clamp cross arms etc with two coat of aluminium paint including 05 Nos strips of 250mm height from coping comprising yellow and black paint in alternative layer and writing MES No (approx 1.2 Sqmtr) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs stay assembly complete with all accessories, such as stay plate 300x300x6mm, stay rod 215cm long and 16mm dia with nuts including GI Bow turn buckle etc, all as per Electrical Plate No 1 SSR-2009 Part-I complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs loop type insulators vitreous porcelain white, brown or green large size with overall dimensions 90x140 mm clearance of hole 25.5mm complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts,bolts,washers welding,bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed including of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated stranded aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 metre apart including 4mm suspension wire, twin core cable flat or circular 10 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Preventinve maintenance/ repairing of 50 KVA Voltage Stablizer Servo controlled 3 phase voltage 300-480 and output voltage 230 Volts AC Supply by opening complete for inspection defective parts, prepration list of defects for approval of Engineer-in Charge, dismantling unserviceable parts for replacement, fixing parts with new one, reassembling, commissioning and testing on full load to entire staisfaction of Engr-in- Charge. Note:- All defective parts required shall be measured and paid seperately .
