Returning, filling in, including sreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil

Supply and spreading locally available dry Riddle-Sand for covering and cushining of UG Cable in trenches complete all as specified.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, Class LV, Type I, flat, size 250 mm x 150mm x 40mm all as specified and directed

Supply laying and testingg XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 16 sqmm x 4 core complete all as specified and directed

Supply laying and testingg XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 35 sqmm x 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for servicing of HT VCBs, 400/630 Amp capacity indoor type by drawing out breaker assay from panel, cleaning/decarbonizing the contact points by suitable means, applying petrolium jelly, lubrication, adjust the trolly in and out mechanism and moving parts, testing of all tripping system and device, internal wiring circuit etc, tightning of all connections, replacement of HRC Fuse (if any found unserviceable) engage the VCB with the supply system and testing for smooth function complete all, as directed.

M&L for calibration of protective relays both 02 nos over current and 01 No earth fault relay of IDMT or any other type by using relay injection kit and re-set timing and tripping current according to the connected load complete all as directed.

Supply and filling of new transformer oil having di-electric strength not less than 45 KV complete all as directed.

Material and labour for filtration of insulating oil of transformer, voltage stabilizer’s etc in situation to bring the brake down value of oil not less than 40 KV at 2.5 mm gap all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge including topping up of oil upto required level at different location.

Supply and replacing breather assembly of transformer with new silica gel suitable for any make of transformer of capacity 200 KVA complete as specified.

Comprehensive maintenance to APFC Panel indoor/outdoor including replacement of burnt out bakelite fuse of suitable size or capacitors of various sizes 5/10/20 KVAR and MCBs of any sizes as specified and directed. Note :- All accessories required to be replaced and will be measured and paid separately as supply only.

Supply only power capacitor (MPP) heavy duty in existing capacitor bank of capacity 5 KVAR as specified.

Note :- Engine oil shall be measured and paid separately other parts are included in the quoted rates.

Removing the old engine oil fom the diesel engine sump of various DG Sets, cleaning the oil sump thoroughly, supply and fill new engine oil multigrade OMD-110/20W 40/SAE 40 in replacement of old engine oil all as specified and directed.

SSupply and fill coolent for radiator all as specified.

Replacement of water pump suitable for 62.50 KVA DG Set by removing/dismantling fan drive assembly, water hose connection and belt including replacement of fan hub bearing and shaft and testing the same after re-fixing complete all as specified and directed

Supply & fix in repair AVR unit suitable for 62.5 KVA DG set as per existing make and model all as specified.

M&L for overhauling and calibration of fuel injection pump (FIP) for 6/4 cylinder engine 1500 RPM including replacing injector nozzle, steel fuel pipe forFIP to injector, piston spring, worn outg nuts and bolts and washers gasket, re-fixing and testig on full load after completion for DG Set 62.50 KVA.

Supply & replace by pass flexible pipe suitable for 62.50 KVA Generator set.

Supply & replace fan belt suitable for 62.50 KVA capacities Generator set.

M&L for dismantling of self starter 12/24V from engine and transporting to workshop for repair, opening cleaning and replacing defective bushes, bendix pinion ball bearing, plunger assembly, solenoid switch, carbon brushes, brush spring including varnishing of coils heating, drying etc for DG Set 6.50 KVA complete all as specified.

Servicing of DG Panel, cleaning checking of electric connections, replacing defective components, meter, relays, indicating lamps and all other cotrol systems for the proper functioning of the panel of DG Set 62.50 KVA.

Supplying laying, jointing and testing Tubes, 'light grade' galvanised,with all fittings and fixed complete to walls or laid under road for passing cables complete of size 40mm all as specified and directed.
