Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 202 MORD / MORTH

Earthwork excavation for road way in soil by mechanical means including cutting and loading in tippers trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections and transporting to the embankment location or disposal of unserviceable soil with all leads up to 1000m and lifts etc., complete for finished item of work for trench cutting as per MORT&H specification No.301 and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge for ugd

Manufacture, supply, & delivery of (DWC) structured wall polyethylene/polypropylene piping system with nonsmooth external annular corrugated and smooth internal surface (Double Wall) for nonpressure sewage & Drainage application pipes of standard length 6 m, grade conforming to IS 16098 (part-II: 2013) including transportation to anywhere in A.P, excluding all taxes-Stiffness Class SN-8

Laying of DWC Pipes of Class SN8 structured wall (External Annular Corrugated & Smooth Internal surface) Polythelene pipes, on the lower bedding (Constructed at bottom of trenches) at prescribed gradient, depth & alignment including installation and jointing of the same with the help of coupler (on line/ off line) attached to one end of the pipe & sliding the coupler end over the elastomeric sealing rubber ring fitted on the specified valley of the spigot end of next pipe, testing the water tightness of the joint assembly, ensuring the continuity tests of specified pipe segments etc. complete as per drawing, specifications & detail engineering, including carriage of pipes & fittings from site stacks to the place of laying etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Constructing 457.2 mm x 457.2 mm (1'6"x1'6") brick in CM 1:6 prop. Masonry. Inspection chamber up to 914.4 mm (3'0") and fitted with light weight 457.2 mm x 457.2 mm (1'6"x1'6") C.I frame andcover of 20 Kg.

Excavation for road way in soil using Mannual means trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross-sections to the all lifts and lead upto 50 m as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3 MORD / 301 MORTH

Excavation for road way in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross-sections, and transporting to the embankment location with all lifts and lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3 MORD / 301 MORTH

Construction of Granular sub-base by providing HBG material confirming to Grading - V of MoRT&H Table 400-1 including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and spreading in uniform layers with motor grader or by approved means, on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with Rotavator / approved means at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density etc., complete for finished item of work as per MoRT&H Specification 401 (5th revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, Laying, Spreading and compacting graded HBG crushed stone aggregate to Wet Mix macadem specification (5th Revision) as per Table 400-13, including cost of all materials and including premixing the material with water at OMC in Mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site , laying in uniform layers with paver in base courses on well prepared surface and compacting with Vibratory roller to acheive the desired density etc., as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge and as per MoRT&H specification.406 (5th revision) for finished item of work.

Construction of VCC M30 grade design mix un-reinforced, expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per IS codes , coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS : 383, maximum in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropeiate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 mictron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with sholvels, rakes, compacted using needle, and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of con traction and expansion, construction joints near approaches to bridge / culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 21- days, and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification No part bill allowed. Payment will be made only after satisfactory concrete core test results for 28 days strength as per relevant IS codes and agreement.
