Disconnection and removing the u/s Engine unit 500 KVA diesel engine Make Crompton Greaves Model TBD4V12 of vintage 2006 carefully from the alternator and transporting the same to the work shop of OEM authorised service centre for finding defects of Cylinder Head, Injectors, Fuel Pump, Turbo charger, FIP assy,radiator and self starter, dynamo/alternator for battery charger, crank asy including servicing/overhauling and renewal of spares such as Piston with pin, Piston rings, Linners, CR bearings, Valves, Gaskets,O Rings, Injector sleeves, gland nuts, cooling nozzles, oil immersed air filter, hose pipes, hose clips, Exhaust and inlet manifold, crank assy, oil and deisel filter set, radiator coolent, Engine oil, water pump and alignment to fly wheel, etc and refixing the engine to coupled with alternator duly with fine alighnment with adequate noise levels after completion of repairs/replacement at work shop to serviceable with its original position and coupled with the alternator and all other accessories testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed. Note : (1) Reqd materials for repair is measured and paid separately and misc items such as minor spares not covered under the scope of work, but required replace minor spares are include for satisfactory completion of job upto serviceable condition of the DG set deemed to be included in the unit rate. (2) Material cost required for Over hauling of DG Set under relevent items will be measured and paid separately from Sl No 02 to 56and remaining spares deemed to include in the quoted rates upto serviceable condition of the engine complete all as specified and directed. (3) Skilled Labour element for Over hauling of DG Set is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. Guarantee period for 3 years serviceability shall be include and Gen set servicebility check shall be carried at intervel of 6 months upto 3 years is incl in quoted rate and produced a under taking certificate by the contractor shall be obtained prior to completion. (4) Loads required for testing will be arranged by the contractor all as specified and directed and the rates quoted for testing deemed to be included in the unit rate.
