SCHEDULE `A' PART - I is not prepriced by MES and Contractors/Bidders quote there rates in column 5 only.

Supply and installation 01Ton Capacity ELC Chain hoist Crane (Class - II, Medium duty) single girder type group IIA abd IIB and IS- 2148/2004 and IS- 13346/2004 with all motion ie long travel 9 mtr, span 5 mtr and upto 3 mtr height of lift with 4 bar 60 amp complete confirming to relevant IS . PVC shrouded busbar system with its accessories, floor operated with pendant push button from the floor as well as by radio remote controller. The Panel shall be made of 1.6mm MS Sheet duly powder coated complete with VVVF drives for all the three motions with main incoming breaker/switches, transformer, contactor etc. MCB is provided in the control circuit of each motion, each break circuit is provided wilh suitable contactor, all wiring with suitable size copper conductor. The Crane shall be painted with one coat of red oxide and two coats of epoxy paint having the following component/specification as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (For Maint Hanger) (a) Item - single girder ELC Chain crane (b) Design standard as per IS-807,3177,800 (c) Class/Duty -II indoor type (e) Hoist speed - 03 m/min with 10% micro speed arrangement on it. (f) creep hoist speed - 03m/min (g) cross travel speed - 07 m/min with 10% micro speed arrangement on it. (h) long travel speed - 10 m/min with 10% micro speed arrangement on it. (j) Span -5 mtr (k) lift - 3 mtr (I) long travel length -9 mtr (m) hook Height -3 mtr

PVC shrouded busbar system with its accessories, floor operated with pendant push button from the floor as well as by radio remote controller. PVC shrouded busbar system with its accessories, floor operated with pendent push button from the floor as well as by radio remote controller. Supply and installation 2 Ton Capacity flame proof EOT Crane (Class - II, Medium duty) double girder type group IIA and IIB and IS -2148/2004 and IS- 13346/2004 with all motion ie long travel 13 mtr, span 8 mtr and uplo 3.5 mtr height of lift with 4 bar 60 amp complete confirming to relevant IS . PVC shrouded busbar system with its accessories.floor operated with pendent push button from the floor as well as by radio remote controller.The flame proof Panel complete with VVVF drives for all the three motions with main incoming breaker/switches.transformer,contactor etc, MCB is provided in the control circuit of each motion, each break circuit is provided with suitable contactor, all wiring with suitable size copper conductor.The Crane shall be painted with one coat of red oxide and two coats of epoxy paint having the follwing component/specification as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. ( For MMPU-I) (a) Design standard as per IS-807,3177,800 (Flame proof) & Class/Duty - II indoor type. (b) Item - double girder EOT crane (c) Hoist speed - 3 m/min (d) creep hoist speed - 03m/min (e) long travel speed - 10 m/min (f) operation pendant operated (g) gross travel speed - 10 m/min (h) Span - 8 mtr (j) lift -3.5 mtr (k) long travel length -13 mtr (l) Provn of anti collision devices.

Note - For Item No 1.1 to 1. 4 1. Contactor will submit the design/drawing to Accepting Officer for obtaining approval prior to procurement of cranes. 2. The crane at ser No 1.2 & 1.3 here in before above shall run on same rail and their should be provision of anti collision device.

Supply, designing and fixing structural gantry girder ISMB 600, ISI marked including square bar rail suitable for EOT cranes complete ail as specified.

S & F MCCB FP 63 Amps, 25 KA 415 Volts complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MCB SP 6 to 32 Amps 240 Volts complete all a specified and directed.

S & F vertical sheet metal enclosures suitable for MCCB TPN 08 ways with 200 Amps rated bus bar 415 volts double door type complete all as specified and directed by Ergr-in-Charge.

M & L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr deep below GL with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal GL and connected to earth plate surrounded by 15 cm thick packed layers of charcoal, dust and common salt and connected to earth lead Gl strip 25x 4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel and thimbles and other end of the earth wire connected to DB and protected by galvanised iron or steel pipe light grade 40 mm bore and water pipe 20mm bore Gl medium grade with funnel and wire mesh, including all necessary excavation and earth work PCC chamber in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 and RCC cover and all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES schedule Pt I of 2009.Note : RCC pit cover shall be pre-cast of RCC (1:2:4) type B-l, 80mm thick reinforced with XPM weighting not less than 4 Kg/sqmm in lieu of Cl cover.

Supply , laying , jointing and testing in trenches, passing through ducts/pipes fixing along poles jointing and testing XLPE cable insulated screened ,PVC beded galvanized steel wire or strip armoured electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade of size 25 Sq mm 4 Core complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for sub main wiring with four single core FRLS, PVC insulated, stranded, unsheathed cable copper conductor with size 16 Sqmm and drawing through & including PVC conduit on surface in wall including earth continuity conductor of size 2 Run x 10 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable and connected to earth dolly to be drawn in PVC surface conduit including connecting to main board complete all as specified and directed
