in specification sheet and as approved by Engineer-in-charge.

2 High back revolving & tilting executive chair(M39) Providing and 5.00 No 18685.00

supplying High back chair for conference with M.S frame work.

Upholstered with Artificial leather/Leatherette and molded PU foam,

together with molded seat & back covers. The back foam should be

designed with contoured lumber support for extra comfort. Caster of

high durability & hydraulic. The chair should have cylinder with

years warranty. The size of chair 53cm x 79cm (Back side) and

51cm x 49cm (seat size). The PU foam should be molded with

density =45 ± 2 kg/m3. with One-piece armrests. The armrests

are scratch and weather resistant. The permanent contact

mechanism is designed with 360° revolving type, 12º seat tilt 19°

back tilt, Front pivot for tilt with feet resting on ground ensuring more

comfort, Tilt tension adjestment, 5 position locking with anti-shock

back mechanism, which should prevent the backrest from impacting

Providing and supplying Main Table made with 19mm Thk.

Plywood (M1) structure as per architect drawing finished with

mm Thk. decorative laminate (M24) on outside portion &0.8

mm Thk. liner Laminate inside as specified & approved by

architect fixed with necessary fixtures and fastening (Hardware)

(M14) as per architect drawing. Provide Plastic Computer

Desk Table Grommet Cable Wire Outlet Hole Cover 60mm, Key-

board trey, S.S. legs, Drawers with telescopic roller channels

(M15), Handle (M19) and locking (M16) arrangements with all

necessary fixtures and fastening (M14). Provide Shutters as per

drawing fixed with handle (M19), hinges (M18), magnet (M14),

complete with bidding patties and all required hardware (M14).

Provide footrest as per drawing. All exposed edges shall be covered

with required Teak wood beading Patti (M4) finished with approved

melamine polishing (M29) work. Complete as per architect's

drawing and as per instruction of architect & engineer in charge.

5 Visitor Chairs (M39) 17.00 No 5555.00

Providing and supplying Visitor or Guest chair the seat & back

are made of 12mm thick hot-pressed plywood upholstered with

changeable fabric upholstery covers (as per requirement) and

molded PU foam, together with molded seat & back covers. The

back foam should be designed with contoured lumber support for

extra comfort. The size of chair 45cm x 38cm (Back side) and

45cm x 43cm (seat size). The PU foam should be molded with

density =45 ± 2 kg/m3. The armrests with Leg made with Powder

coated MS structure as per architect selection. The Seat and back

fixed with MS structure with required necessary hardware.

6 Providing and fixing cupboard of size 916W*486D*1980H mm with 4 5.00 Nos 25197.48

shelves. Material – 0.7mm thick (+/-0.07mm) CRCA for shelf; 1.2mm

thick (+/-0.08mm) high yield strength CRCA for doors & back; 1.2mm

thick (+/-0.08mm) CRCA for all other components. It should have

way locking mechanism with shooting bolt & mazak handle. It should

have height wise adjustable shelf With uniformly distributed load

capacity per each full shelf 40kg maximum. Finish – Epoxy Powder

Coated to the thickness of 50 microns (+/-10).

An Amount of 0.00 (Rupees ) shall be recovered from the 1st RA Bill of this work towards salvage value of dismentalled /

Diversion material likely to be available from dismentalling the Dismentaling of stone flooring irrespective of the

dismentalled quantity actuallly received on site.

All works shall be carried out as public works department Handbook and other

specification of Division or as directed.

All the columns in schedule should be filled in ink or ballpen and the total of the

entries in last column should be struck by the contractor under his signature.

Rate quated include clearance of site (Prior commencement of work and at its close)

in all respects and hold good for work under all conditions,site moisture, weather etc.

The Contractor shall exhibit a board with detailed specification and details of work

as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge for which no extra payment shall be made.

The labour cess will be deducted as per prevailing rules i.e. 1% of the work done.

GST and Income tax TDS will be deducted at a source while making payments of bills

In all R.C.C. Items in Rate Analysis Standard Cement Consumption has been taken as per

Govt. G.R.: PRC-10/2017 Cement Consumption/16/C Date:11/05/2017 as stated in

S.O.R. therefore in R.C.C. items where there is a change as per actual mix design the cost

of difference of cement consumption have been deducted from the rate of original item at

the rate of input rate mentioned in all the tender.
