Repair work of Tata Hyva (Water Tanker) Reg.No-JH10AF-7264 of Area Auto workshop, Kusunda

Description of work: 1. Dismantling & fitting gear box, PTO Pump assy. and all hose etc. 2. Complete clutch assy., pressure plate assy. removing, dismantling and refitting after repairing. 3. Clutch pressure plate body refacing. 4. Clutch booster complete overhauling and fitting. 5. Complete pressure plate assy. changing and fitting. 6. Rear and front spring leaf removing, necessary recambering and fitting. 7. Rear and front spring leaf cutting & 10 no. hole making. 8. Rear and front spring leaf welding & grinding (08 no). 9. Rear and front spring bell crank removing and fitting. 10. Rear and front spring hanger removing, new hanger with bolt changing and fitting. 11. Rear and front spring shackle removing and new shackle fitting. 12. Rear spring bell crank 04 no. damage hole new making, welding, machining proper size & all bell crank bush ramring, machining and fitting. 13. Rear and front spring balance rod lever making, welding, repairing & bush ramring, fitting and machining. 14. Both side cabin mounting removing, changing and fitting. 15. Complete hydraulic tipping valve assy. dismantling, tipping valve body refacing, repairing and fitting. 16. Front cross member cutting, new cross member fitting, electric welding and machining. 17. All six wheel hub greasing and changing their bearing, oil seal, lock kit etc. 18. Complete self-starter overhauling with armature rewinding. 19. Silencer assy. complete removing, repairing, welding, fitting with box. 20. Rear suspension support complete overhauling and changing their damage parts. Repairing work should be completed with all required materials and manpower.
