Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in soft and loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and exceeding 1.5 mtr but not exceeding 3 metre in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and getting out out in soft and loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials/ soils, not exceeding 50mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50mtrs, complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:4:8 (nominal mix) type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:3:6 (nominal mix) type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:2:4 (nominal mix) type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in coping for pole, cable duct and repair to PCC surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling poles/struts, any size and type including insulators and removing from site, complete all as specified.

Steel tubular swaged poles complete with base plate 8mm thick welded with pole, finial taper plug, bolt, nut and screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9m long) including one coat of red-oxide zinc chrome primer and two coats of aluminium paint on surfaces exposed to view and making 30cm wide strips (total 5 Nos) with yellow and black paint alternately on external surface above PCC benching including numbering with black paint and painting with bituminous paint internally complete and externally for portion embedded in PCC, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Earth work & excavation and PCC shall be measured and paid under respective Items of BOQ.

Structural steel work as in cross arms, bracings, supports, clamp and back plate fabricated from steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed by Engineer-in-Charge and applying two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer including preparation of surfaces and dismantling old structural steel work in cross arms and stacking at site, complete all as specified & directed.

Supply , fixing and straining of Aluminum conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) of any size on HT/LT over head line including necessary binding work, jumpering, maintaining proper sag as per IE rule including cutting of tree branches around the ACSR conductor within area of 5mtr complete including taking down conductor all as specified & directed

Galvanized steel wire 4mm dia for earth wire/ guard wire on HT/ LT poles stretched without kinks, bend and binding with wire including fabrication of cradles hexagonal/ rectangular guards, spacers, road crossing etc., including taking down old wire of any type shape , size and removing from site, complete all as specified & directed .

Stay Assembly using stay rod of 20mm dia complete with accessories as shown in Electrical Plate No. 1 of SSR 2009 Part-I including galvanized steel stranded wire of size 7/4mm and taking out/ dismantling old stay assembly, complete all as specified (Loop type insulator, earth work and PCC shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items of BOQ)

Loop type insulator, porcelain, vitreous white, brown or green, large size with overall dimensions 90x140mm, clearance of hole 25.5 mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Shackle Type, Porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including galvanised mild steel straps, washers, insulator bolts, washers and nuts, working pressure 1100 volts, 75mm height, 90mm, galvanised mild steel strap 31x3mm, dia of bolt 12mm, including taking down old insulator complete all as specified and directed.

Renewal of pin type insulator porcelain, vitreous, white/brown or green including one galvanized mild steel spindle, two galvanized iron washers and one galvanized iron nut, 150mm dia and 150mm height for working pressure 11000 volts grade includng taking down existing insulators and removing from site, complete all as specified.

Renewal of disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous 145mm high and 255mm dia ball and socket type, white, brown or green, 'Two-in-series' assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductors working pressure 11000 Volts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing (in replacement) LT line rigid PVC spacers spirial type 3 wire including all fitting such as nuts bolts and washers as required as site and as directed.

Supply and fixing (in replacement) LT line rigid PVC spacers spirial type 4 wire including all fitting such as nuts bolts and washers as required as site and as directed.

Supply and fixing (in replacement) LT line rigid PVC spacers spirial type 5 wire including all fitting such as nuts bolts and washers as required as site and as directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metre below ground level, connecting to galvanised iron wire 4.0mm dia (as earth lead wire), by means of bolt, nuts, check nuts and washer of galvanised and earth wire protected by provision of galvanised iron pipe light grade, 15 mm bore including provn of concrete pit in plain cement concrete M-15 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates with 40mm thick cover of rainforced cement concrete M-15 reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25x25x3mm with lugs 2 Nos and with 6mm dia mild steel bar handle made to shape, galvanised iron medium grade 20mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 metre long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling, test point made out of phosphorous bronze with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and including earth work in any type of soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre, all as per electrical plate No. 3 of SSR 2009 Part-I and connection to earth test point all as specified and testing on completion.

Deduct Credit Amount as per Schedule of credit as details given on Srl Page No 20 of tender doucments.
