Providing, Insurance, transportation, loading and unloading of monosub pump set 5000 GPH x 40 m (Head Range +10-25) coupled with suitable motor at pumping station Jugrial Base. The pumping Machinery should confirm relevant ISO with all latest amendments. The equipment shall also be accompanied with test certificates and performance curves. The cost includes carriage shifting of pumping machinery by MT and HL at site. Installation, testing and commissioning of mono submersible pump set 5000 GPH X 40 MH along with allied electro mechanical equipments at Filtration Plant Khabber by way of carriage/shifting of pipes, welding set and allied material from stacking place to site of work by MT & H/L. Installation of monosub by way of fabrication of one small nipple of 80 mm dia GI pipe with both ends threaded, fastening of one end with suction of pump & other end with strainer. Providing and Fitting of MS bend 80 mm dia-01 no. with both ends welded with MS flanges of 80 mm dia. Fabrication of stand of angle iron for resting of monosub. Lowering of pumping assembly with GI pipe nipples into the dubber with help of skilled and unskilled labour. P/F of automatic submersible control panel of suitable capacity - 01 no of standard make fitted with all safety devices. Providing and fitting of submersible cable 4 mm sq.-30 mtr. for electrical connection to monosub. P/F of nut/bolts, washers & sundry items. Job includes checking continuity of electrical circuit. Complete job includes cost of material, labour charges, welding charges & carriage charges at site. Installation, testing and commissioning of HCP Set 4500GPH X 300 MH (Standby) by way of fabrication, fitting and laying of 80 mm dia suction line-6 mtr. from service reservoir up to the suction of HC pump set. Providing and fixing of 80 mm dia heavy duty sluice valve having a seat pressure of 16 Kgf/Cm2 with flanges, bends properly welded which is required for stopping the flow of water in suction line for maintenance of pump set. Fabrication, fitting and laying of 80 mm dia delivery line-6 mtr. for HC pump set. Fabrication and fitting of expander nipple on the delivery side of pump set with flanges of matching holes on one sides to be connected with delivery side of the pump set and 80 mm dia delivery line on the other side. Providing and fixing of 80 mm dia heavy duty sluice valve 1 No. and reflux valve 1 No. with nuts, bolts and gaskets with proper flanges and bends. Complete job including cost of material, hire charges of tools and tackles. The delivery lines of the pump set shall be connected/ joined/ welded with the rising main. Complete job.

Installation, testing and commissioning of Submersible Pump Set 5000 GPH X 200 MH at D/Well along with allied works by way of fabrication of fabrication of GI pipe nipple with threads at one end & MS flange at other end & fastening the threaded end of nipple with the delivery of pump. Fabrication of MS clamps 80mm dia. - 01 sets for holding submersible pump & nipples. Providing /Fitting of 10 mm square three core sub cable-30 mtr. for making of electrical connection from motor to control panel with proper thimbling & insulation. Coupling of pump motor with the help of coupling pulley. Lowering of pump motor set along with GI pipe nipples and submersible cable into the Bore well with the help of chain pulley block, ropes & skilled/unskilled labours. Providing/Fitting of nut/bolts, washers, tapes & sundry items required at site .Complete job includes cost of material, labour charges & carriage charge.

Plastering in C.M 1:5-12 mm thick with including cost and conveyance of all materials and including all labour charges etc complete
