Annual maintenance of fire fighting and hydrant system comprising of main fire hydrant pump, Diesel engine pump set, Jockey pump, panels, pipe lines, valves, hose boxes, hose reels, fire brigade inlets, fog nozzles, air vessels etc. including routine. preventive maintenance as per AAI maintenance schedule/ OEM recommendations through monthly visit, attending faults/ unlimited breakdown complaints, taking rectification action and ensuring serviceability/ satisfactory working conditions of fire fighting & hydrant system complete as required. (a) First Year

Refilling of ABC type fire extinguishers of 5 Kg capacity etc. complete as required.
Refilling of Dry Chemical power type fire extinguishers of 5 Kg capacity etc. complete as required.
Refilling of Dry Chemical power type fire extinguishers of 10 Kg capacity etc. complete as required.
Refilling of carbon - dioxide extinguisher of 2kg capacity etc. complete as required.
