Painting of quarters B Flats , PFlat N, B,B1 & C Type in FACT Udyogamandal Township.

Demolishing and removing old cement plaster and disposal of the debris at places pointed out in Township within a lead of 150M as directed.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:4, 12mm thick, one coat floated hard and trowelled smooth at all levels.

Applying cement primer on walls and ceiling at all heights including cost of all materials,labour charges, hire charges for scaffolding etc. complete after cleaning thoroughly as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting one coat with ready mixed approved quality and colour plastic emulsion paint on inside walls and ceiling after cleaning the surface at all heights

Applying priming coat of exterior primer for finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint at all heights including cost of all materials,labour charges, hire charges for scaffolding etc. complete after cleaning thoroughly as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge

Painting one coat with exterior emulsion paint of approved brand and shade (Apex Ultima or equivalent) to exterior walls including parapet wall of sunshade and roof, fins, facias, projection of walls, show walls etc. including cost of all materials, labour charges, hire charges for scaffolding etc. complete.at all heights after cleaning thoroughly as per instruction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting each succeeding coat with acrylic emulsion exterior paint of approved brand and shade (Apex Ultima or equivalent) to exterior walls including parapet wall of sunshade and roof, fins, facias, projection of walls, show walls etc. including cost of all materials, labour charges, hire charges for scaffolding etc. complete.at all heights as per instruction of the Engineer-in-charge

Painting one coat with best approved quality and colour synthetic enamel paint at all heights to doors, windows, boarders for skirting after cleaning well the surfaces.

Rendering male coolie inclusive of all charges of labour and hire for tools required for cleaning drains, collecting and dumping unwanted materials in low lying areas as directed and transporting bricks, cement etc. from stores, lifting to various heights, mixing mortars and castables, providing scaffolding or any other works as per the instructions of the Engineer-in-charge in all shifts including Sundays and Holidays.

Rendering skilled labour inclusive of all charges of labour and hire for tools required for executing skilled work at all levels with materials supplied from Company in connection with civil works as per the direction from the Engineer-in-charge in all shifts including Sundays and Holidays.
