Motor Overhauling Works

OD59598/2025-2026:Dismantling the 75 HP motor into stator and rotor, cleaning the windings attending minor repairs, re taping the coils if necessary, varnishing the coils with best quality insulation varnish, cleaning and greasing the bearings with good quality grease, heating the windings, reassembling, refitting the motor in position coupling with pump correcting alignment and giving connection, test running with full load including scrapping, cleaning and painting the motor pumpset, base plate etc.with enamel paint.

Motor Lowering Works

OD59592/2025-2026: Lowering down and erecting 5 HP motor/vacuum motor pump set, starter and other electrical accessories,( Accessories when necessary ) and erecting the motor on the base plate coupling with pump, erecting the starter regulator TP switch etc in position giving connections checking correct alignment and trial run on full load

OD59591/2025-2026: Lowering down and erecting 75 HP motor, starter and other electrical accessories,( Accessories when necessary ) and erecting the motor on the base plate coupling with pump, erecting the starter regulator TP switch etc in position giving connections checking correct alignment and trial run on full load

OD59581/2025-2026:Supply and renewal of Multifunction meter to read: multifunction meter to read VA,PF,KW,KWh, accuracy class-1 LCD in panel board after dismantling the damaged one, L&T or Equivalent make.

OD59590/2025-2026: Supply and renewal of the LED Indication lamps in panel board after dismantling the damaged one

OD59582/2025-2026:Supply and Installing 20 W LED Tube light.

OD59585/2025-2026:Replacing the damaged bearing, supply and fixing new industrial type ball bearing 6309 , SKF / FAG or equivalent, suitable for pump (50-120 HP) as per the direction of Departmental staff at site.

OD59586/2025-2026:Replacing the damaged bearing, supply and fixing new industrial type ball bearing 6315 , SKF / FAG or equivalent, suitable for 75 HP motor / pump set, as per the direction of Departmental staff at site.

Motor AMC

OD59595/2025-2026:Fully Comprehensive Annual Maintenance of 5 HP Vacuum motor pump set , D.O.L starter ,controlling electrical accessories , etc complete for a period of 12 months including attending all repairs , reconditioning the damaged parts, replacing spares with original make as per sample, dismantling and refitting , removing foreign bodies , renewal of gland packing , gasket packing , rubber packing , greasing the bearing etc as and when required including overhauling of pump, overhauling of the motor, maintenance of motor thorughout the AMC period whenver necessary (excluding rewinding) repairs of vaccum pipe line, starter, valves electrical accessories etc as required complete in good working condition including painting the motor pumpset, base plate all time during the period of contract and the faults should be rectified with in the time allowed. (Total two motors, 12 months for each motor)

OD59594/2025-2026: Fully Comprehensive Annual Maintenance of 75 HP squirrel cage induction motor with split case / End suction pump set , starter, controlling electrical accessories , panel board,etc complete for a period of 12 months including attending all repairs ,overhauling & reconditioning of starter , replacing of damaged contacts, no volt relese coil, overload coil, reconditioning and refil oil, overhauling of panel board by checking the wire connections, control wiring, servicing of switch geares as required, replacing the burnout fuse links, repair the damaged hinges replacing wornout beedings including painting etc. replacing the damaged coupling bush, and coupling bolts, Overhauling and reconditioning the pumpset by reconditioning the damaged parts , replacing spares with original make as per sample , removing foreign bodies , renewal of gland packing , gasket packing , rubber packing , greasing the bearing etc as and when required, painting the starter, base palte, pumpset and maintain the motor pump sets starter , electrical accessories etc complete in good working condition all time during the period of contract and the faults should be rectified with in the time allowed .(Total two motors, 12 months for each motor)

OD59593/2025-2026: Fully Comprehensive Annual Maintenance of 75 HP Slip ring induction motor with split case / End suction pump set , starter, controlling electrical accessories , panel board,etc complete for a period of 12 months including attending all repairs ,overhauling & reconditioning of starter , replacing of damaged contacts, no volt relese coil, overload coil, reconditioning and refil oil, reconditioning the slipring unit as required, overhauling of panel board by checking the wire connections, control wiring, servicing of switch geares as required, replacing the burnout fuse links, repair the damaged hinges replacing wornout beedings including painting etc. replacing the damaged coupling bush, carbon brush and coupling bolts, Overhauling and reconditioning the pumpset by reconditioning the damaged parts , replacing spares with original make as per sample , removing foreign bodies , renewal of gland packing , gasket packing , rubber packing , greasing the bearing etc as and when required, painting the starter, base palte, pumpset and maintain the motor pump sets starter , electrical accessories etc complete in good working condition all time during the period of contract and the faults should be rectified with in the time allowed .(Total four motors,12 months for each motor)

Motor Lifting Works

OD59597/2025-2026: Lifting the 5 HP motor after disconnecting the wire connection, decoupling the pump, detaching from the base plate, starters, TP switches etc. using chain block, rope, chain etc. and placing them conveniently on the platform.

OD59596/2025-2026:Lifting the 75 HP motor after disconnecting the wire connection, decoupling the pump, detaching from the base plate, starters, TP switches etc. using chain block, rope, chain etc. and placing them conveniently on the platform.

Rewinding

OD59624/2025-2026:Disconnect all electric connections from the motor , decoupling the motor from pump and remove the base bolts from motor and base plate and kept the motor at safe place , checking and testing the stator and rotor winding. power greater than 60 HP and up to 120 HP ,leading the motor to the nearest roadside using manpower, rope , chain, reaper etc. as required without getting damages to the motor, including loading into the vehicle and unloading at workshop for repairs and to and fro Conveyance., resetting the rewound motor, refitting the motor on the base plate, coupling with pump in correct alignment, giving wire connection , taking trial run on full load.

OD59625/2025-2026:Charges for rewinding the burnt rotor/stator - separate stater and rotor/stator, dismantling the damaged rotor/stator winding from the rotor/stator slots, cleaning the slots neatly, insulating the slots with correct class of insulating paper, winding the rotor/stator with good quality correct gauge of super enamelled copper winding wires, closing the rotor/stator slots with fibre wedges, putting proper inter layer insulation, connecting the coil end connection, providing new rotor/stator lead wire, steel binding the overhang with proper insulation at both ends, heating the coils and varnishing with good quality insulation varnish, keep it for drying, reassembling and test running(Less scrap copper)
