M&L for overhauling of compressor of capacity 40 TR of Make Voltas Model 05046S complete all as directed for improved performance and designed parameter as specified including the following at AC plant:- (a) Pumping down the compressor and transfer existing refrigerent gas, complete dismantling of each part of compressor and replacing the defective parts as found and reassembling the complete compressor, then oil charging, and doing pressure test using N2 gas as specified & hold for 24 Hrs to detect leakage and again same tests after repairing the leakage to ensure no leakage in the complete system, after that vaccuming the compressor to remove moisture & air complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Refrigerant Gas, Oil and spare parts etc will be measured and paid separately under relevent item of Schedule.

Supply & charging of compressor oil N68 Suitable for R-22 Refrigerant Compressor of Model Voltas compressor Model 05046S model including draing out old oil complete all as specified & directed by Engr-In-Charge. Make :- Bharat Petroleum /Hindustan Petroleum

Supply and charging of Refrigerant Gas R 22 up to required pressure and quantity in AC plant. Note:- Gas will be supplied in pack cylinder Complete in all respect all as specified & directed.

Supply and fix in replacement HP cutout switches suitable for Voltas compressor Model 05046S including dismantling old unserviceable all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. Make: Danfoss KP 1 /Indofoss.

Supply and fix in replacement LP cutout switches suitable for Voltas compressor Model 05046S including dismantling old unserviceable all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. Make:- Danfoss KP 1 /Indofoss or equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply and fix in replacement industrial type temperature gauge suitable for central AC plant of 40 TR capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for disconnecting for Chiller descaling & Plugging them & providing of 15 mm tee outlet for local circulation of mild acid solution in the Chiller (separate container and small pump set to circulate diluted acid solution to be used) PH value of solution to be circulated & to be kept 4 and checking frequently i.e. every one hour during the operation Scalgun WS solution to be used for descaling purpose after 2 to 3 hours of cleaning if ph value remains less than 7, flush with fresh water mixed with sodium carbonate tubes and cleaning with nylon brush after closing the end covers, circulating diluted acid solution as specified above & PH value to be maintained as above & flushing the same with fresh water including recharging of stored refrigerant up to required pressure complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge of for 2 x 40TR Capacity AC Plant at Hanger 343 of NAE Porbandar.

M&L for detection of leakage using Nitrogen gas at AC Plant in Refrigerant Line , Evaporator Coil /colling coil using proper pressure test after completion of overhauling of compressor as per Sl item no 1 ,detecting the leakage as per standard procedure & attending the repair complete in all respect by bronze soldering stick with gas welding or any other suitable measure & Vaccuming the same after Nitrogen test all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge

Material and labour for disconnecting condenser for descaling & plugging them & providing of 15 mm tee out let for local circulation of mild acid solution in the condenser (separate container and small pump set to circulate diluted acid solution to be used) PH value of solution to be circulated & to be kept 4 and checking frequently i.e. every one hour during the operation Scalgun WS solution to be used for descaling purpose after 2 to 3 hours of cleaning if ph value remains less than 7 flush with fresh water mixed with sodium carbonate tubes and cleaning with nylon brush after closing the end covers, circulating diluted acid solution as specified above & PH value to be maintained as above & flushing the same with fresh water including recharging of stored refrigerant up to required pressure complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge of for 2 x 40TR Capacity AC Plant at Hanger 343 of NAE POrbandar.

Material and Labour for dismantling of existing Air Handling Unit of any 2 x 40 TR capacity acrefully , cleaning, servicing, overhauling to all component of AHU, with and including cleaning of heating & cooling coil with caustic soda solution, including welding / brazing, wherever required to arrest leakages, cleaning of Pre-Micro Filters, replacing of vertical GI sheet supports, complete replacement of foam insulation of best quality using adhesive substance to avoid cold air leakages, fabrication of bottom GI tray of existing size with drain pane made out of 16 guage thick GI Sheets duly painted with bituminous paint over interior surface of tray, re-assembling all the dismantled components to its original position using new nut, bolt, washer and other packing material etc, with and including testing, commissioning of Air handling Unit at optimum efficiency, complete all as directed by Engineer -in-charge.

M&L for overhauling of CT fan motor of Delta cooling Tower capacity 50 TR after removing from the base plate,dismantling, replacing unserviceable bush /bearing /minor parts for repair purpose including cleaning,varnishing, insulation replacement of bearings and greasing etc. complete and reassembling the same for smooth functioning complete suitable for AC plant all as specified & directed

M&L for rewinding of unserviceable electric motor 3 phase 50 Hz 415volt of 5 to 10 HP capacity pump set complete comprises as under :- (a) Disconnecting & removing the electric motor from installed position including, loading, unloading and transporting to approved workshop. (b) Taking out the existing burnt winding from the motor including rewinding complete with super enameled copper winding wire of existing gauge including all insulating material such as insulation paper, sleeves, tape, varnish etc. complete for class 'F' insulation. (c) Transporting the motor back to the location, reinstalling in original position including alignment, electrical & water connection, commissioning and testing for 8hours continuously to check the RPM etc. to the satisfactory performance etc. complete. NOTE: Any damage caused during handling will be made good without any extra cost to department

M&L for overhauling of monoblock pump of 5 to 10HP capacity set after removing from the base plate, disconnecting from pipe line, dismantling the pump set, replacing unserviceable gland packing, gun metal bush bearing water seal applying grease etc. complete and reassembling the pump set connecting with pipe line reconnection of electric supply, including buts bolts, gaskets etc. complete testing of pumps for smooth functioning complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for servicing of LT panel including dismantling the old cable lugs of any size by cutting the cable including fixing of new lugs by pealing the cable, cutting and jointing the cables servicing of MCCBs/MCBs/Bush Bar/ Checking/Replacing of Nut Bolts etc. cleaning of all joint make joint Carbon free and remove rusted part by chemicals and painting the panel with synthetic enamel paint two coat complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Notes:- i) The items i.e. MCCBs/MCBs, of suitable size shall be measured and paid seperately under various item. ii) The material and labour required for servicing of LT panel i.e consumables/nut bolts etc shall be deemed to be included in the item rate.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning Cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric underground power cable with stranded aluminium conductor cross sectional area 120 sqmm 3.5 core suitable for working on 1100 Volts, laid in tranches, in floor, in ducts, through pipe or along pole including taking down old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Excavation, earthwork, sand cushioning, PCC protection cover, GI pipe shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply and laying Double Walled Corrugated (DWC) HDPE pipe of size 90 mm outer dia and 75 mm inner dia conforming to IS 16205 Part -24 Including necessary bends, coupling, tees, reducers, spacers, end caps, rubber rings etc having pressure rating not less than 450 N through trenches/wall/floor/on pole in any type of soil for protection of electric cable complete all as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Excavation in trenches in hard /dense soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep and not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide for laying of cables, RCC poles/stays and struts etc and getting out including trimming sides and forming bottom surface all as specified and directed at site.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming excavated soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each, back in trenches after cables have been laid and tested, poles, stays , struts have been erected and tested , all as specified and directed at site

Removing excavated surplus soil (Soft/hard soil) obtained from excavation to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point all as specified and directed.

M & L for Cutting the existing PCC floor/road/foot path not exeeding 15cm width,30 cm depth for laying of UG cable/protection of pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC type B1,1:2:4 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

Outsourcing of services by deploying one skilled operator for maintenance and operation and Comprehensive repair of Central Type Air conditioning plant of capacity 2 X 40 TR including pumping set 5 HP -04 Nos, AHU 9000 CFM-02 Nos, associated Ducting system, cooling Tower-01 No, compressor and chiller 40 TR - 02 Nos each in three shifts of 08 hours each, 06:00 AM to 14:00 PM, 14:00 PM to 22:00 PM, 22:00 PM to 06:00 AM around the clock including Sunday & holidays complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note for item No 31.00 :- (i) The rate quoted includes Oustourcing for operation & maintenance of installation on all days including Sunday/Gazetted Holidays. (ii) The cost of maintenance of documents installations charts and daily records as clarified under relevent particulars,specification shall deemed to be included in the rates quoted for above items. (iii) The quoted rate deemed to be inclusive for provision of reliever duty and leave periods.(iv) The operator on duty should have proper uniform in light blue colour shirt and dark blue trauser duly printed name as MES and contractor with all protective arrangement during the duties like shoes/hand gloves and required tools for operation and maintenance of installation. (v) Necessary tools & equipments, drill machines, ladders, supports, torch required will be provided by the contractor without any extra cost. (vi) Testing equipments such as LT megger, clamp meter, pliar, multi meter, earth tester etc will be arranged by the contractor at his own resources. (vii) Antecedents of the Personnel engaged by the contractor to carry out the work shall be verified from police authorities and accordingly security passes shall be issued. (viii) The contractor shall be solely responsible for all personnel deployed for carrying out the above jobs and all transport required for conveyance. The rate quoted deemed to be inclusive of EPF, insurance etc of operator/electrician all as per latest norms of labour Commissioner.

(ix). The labourers shall be provided with protective devices and shall wear them while working. In case any accident/ injury/ fatal or partial disability happened, the contractor shall be solely responsible for settling all claims/ compensation. Department will have a right to recover any sum indicated/ claimed by Labour Commissioner/ Court directive. (x) The rates quoted by the contractor/firm shall not be less than minimum wages as notified by Govt of India/state govt/Local body whichever is higher, inclding EPF,ESI, all taxes and cess as appliacable on bid submission end date. In case rate quoted were found bless than the minimum wages including appliance liabilities as mentioned hereinbefore, his / thier will be treated as non-bonafide and will not be considered for acceptance. In such cases, thw lowest tender shall be determined by the lowest amount amongst valid/ bonafide bids only. Contractor shall not have any calim in this regards and desicion of accepting officer shall be final & binding

Note for Item No. 31.00 to 35.00 : (i) The bidders are advised not to quote rate less than minimum fair wages including EPF, ESI all taxes and cess as applicable on bid submission end date as circulated / published by competent authority .If the quoted amount is less than the estimated cost item Nos 31.00 to 35.00 i.e 38,31,648.00 the lowest bidder will have to deposit FDR/BGB as elaborated herein after in favour of Accepting Officer within 07 days of opening of financial bid (cover No 2). (ii) The deposited amount shall be the difference between estimated cost i.e Rs. 38,31,648.00 and amount quoted by lowest bidder for respective item Nos 31.00 to 35.00. FDR/BGB shall be released only after satisfactory completion of work. If the contractor fails to pay minimum wages to employees, the department shall have right to with hold the said amount which will be verified by GE. The decision of Accepting Officer regarding amount to be withheld shall be final and binding. The withheld amount will be utilised by GE for payment to employees if contractor fails to pay minimum wages and balance amount if any shall only be released. If the lowest bidder fails to deposit the amount as stated above within 07 days, the contractor shall be banned for 06 months & his bid shall be rejected. The contractor shall submit 03 Nos of BGBs/FDRs of equal amount as mentioned above. The BGBs/FDRs validity shall be for 04 months, 08 month & 12 months respectively for the purpose of encashment release as the case may be. (iii) Payment to employees shall be done by crossed cheque through Aadhaar linked bank account only and it shall not be less than minimum fair wages as per act in vogue. The contractor shall submit proof to Engineer-in-Charge before claiming any payment. The contractor is bound to disburse / credit salary of workman to their account between 1st to 7th of every month.

(iv) The contractor can claim refund for EPF (Employees Provident Fund) amount deposited by him for eligible employees towards prevailing rates of EPF as specified by the Govt. of India. The contractor shall submit all documents and records to satisfaction of the Engr-in-Charge and Garrison Engineer in support of his claim of refund. (v) The rates quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to be included provision of all latest labour laws / regulations including all relevant taxes as applicable. (vi) Passes will be processed after verification of certificate, Passes shall not be granted without submission of qualification proof & experience certificate for lift operator. In case of OEM, the qualification shall be verified by the Engineer-in-Charge before the issue of passes. (vii) Contractor shall submit ID proof, Residential proof, Bank A/C details to department and obtain approval of Engineer-in-Charge before employing a person as Operators. (viii) Lift operators report at lift cell as per the shift timings specified in the tender and he will report to Lift Supervisor. In case of emergency he will function according to their directions. Absent from duty is not permissible being E/M Services are of Essential nature. If he is found absent from duty he will be treated as absent for the said shift and recovery to this effect for Rs 1500/- per shift shall be affected. (ix) Payment as per quoted rate shall also be deducted in addition to the penalty as specified above.

(x) In case of malfunctioning if any noticed, lift operator shall intimate to the concerned JE and Engineer in charge. (xi) In case of any necessity for rescue operation or in emergency situations, lift operator shall be capable of rescuing the passengers and reacting to the situation (in emergency situations) Rescue operator engaged for rescue operation shall immediately attend the complaint failing which penalty as per PS Clause 28 shall be levied. (xii) Contractor shall submit the labour license as applicable as per latest laws/acts & Copy of GST Regn registered number issued by concerned authority. (xiii) Insurance coverage, compensation if any applicable or necessitated due to mis operation of lift shall be the responsibility of contractor. The quantum of compensation shall be assessed based on the BOO comprising of Lift Inspector of Gujarat State, representatives of both agencies carrying out M&O works and routine maintenance work of lift and members from department.
