Providing man power for Operation and maintenance of all Internal and External electrical installations related to 11KV Substation, NDB, Operational area, GLF system etc and other electrical installations installed at Operational area by attending complaints / faults/breakdown including rectification & ensuring serviceability/ satisfactory working condition of the systems on all the days i/c Sundays, Saturdays & holidays in shifts/general duties. The following manpower including reliever has to be deployed by the contractor:- Note: The weekly off for all worker is mandatory. (i) Site Executive - 01 No. (ii) Highly Skilled (Computer Operator) - 01 No. (iii) Skilled - 09 Nos. (iv) Semi-Skilled - 03 Nos. (v) Unskilled - 07 Nos.

Servicing of HT OCB [11 KV] by opening the main tank, replacement of main tank gasket, opening of bus-chamber & termination chamber cleaning the same and tightening the joints, cleaning of moving & fixed contact and application of silicon grease, degreasing of gear box and refilling the grease box with grease of proper grade, cleaning of auxiliary contacts, replacement of the faulty indicating lamps and checking of mechanical system to restore healthiness and smooth operation as per site requirement & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Servicing, testing of relay (O/C 2 Nos. + E/F 1 No.) installed in HT OCB panel as incommer i/c checking functions of auxiliary relays (testing of tripping system by secondary injection kit) and calibrating the same at site etc. as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Servicing, testing of relay (O/C 2 Nos.+ E/F 1 No) installed in HT OCB panel as outgoing to transformers i/c checking function of auxiliary relay (confirming the tripping mechanism of the breaker due to high winding temperature, high oil temperature and due to buckloz relay activation of the connected transformer), checking of tripping system by secondary injection kit, tightening the terminals if required including pressure test at site etc. and calibration of the same, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Arresting leakage of 1600 KVA, 11KV/0.430 KV transformer by replacement of all Gaskets with synthetic rubberised Cork sheet of thickness 6mm [min] including draining out transformer oil, dismantling top cover, disconnecting HV/LV bushing, refixing top cover after carrying out work, tighting of nut & bolts including replacement of old rusted nuts & bolts, top up transformer oil & replacement of silica gel of Breather as per specification & as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dehydration of insulating oil of transformers, Oil Circuit Breakers and servo stabilizer, using on-line oil purification equipment (with inbuilt heating arrangement to attend break down voltage not less than 50 KV) including testing of breaking strength prior and post purification etc. complete at different locations and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and filling of Transformer oil as per relevant IS Specification for top up as per site requirement.

Inspection and calibration with corrective action including maintaining of proper earth fault setting and overload setting by OEM engineer towards of all the installed Air Circuit Breaker (ACB) (1 job : Consisting of 2500 Amp. - 3 Nos., 1250 Amp. - 7 Nos., 1000 Amp. - 2 Nos. and 800 Amp. - 10 Nos.) including checking, taking parameters, rectification submission of report etc including replacement of 01 no. of closing coil, tripping coil, SP motor if required up to satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Providing Maintenance kit for servicing of Air Circuit Breaker (1 box per ACB)

Inspection and calibration with corrective action including maintaining of IM value within permissible limit by OEM engineer towards all of the installed Constant Current Regulator (CCR) (1 job: consisting of 11 nos. CCR from 4Kw upto 50 KW) including checking, taking parameters and submission of report and minor rectification works including replacement of upto 01 no. of digital Ammeter/Voltmeter if required up to the satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Executing any items of CPWD-DSR-2018 as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (01 job work costing Rs.15,00,000/-). Note: Please refer Clause 35 at page GTT-7 while quoting the rate for this item.
