Urgent Replacement of damaged wooden pole with other accessories at lift Irrigation Scheme Khadniyar and Sheeri-I.

Replacement of damaged wooden pole with new 09 Mtr long M.S steel tubular poles (410 SP33). The pole shall have suitable size of holes for accommodating nuts & bolts and base plate of 300x300x3mm size fitted at the bottom for grouting. (pit depth = 1.35 Mtr). The job also includes the charge of tightening ACSR on new pole. (LIS Khadniyar).

Providing and laying of cement bottoming of ST poles in ratio 1:2:4 as per Standard 0.5 cum/pole

Providing and painting of one coat of red oxide paint and two coat of aluminum paint ( 01 Ltr/pole) to new & old poles to avoid from rust

Supply, installation of ISMC 75 channel with clamps, nuts & bolts for the completion of work.

Providing and fitting of 11 KV pin insulator heavy duty type with nuts/bolts & washers of reputed make

Providing and fitting of danger plate.

Tightening all the ACSR from transformer bed to Station Khadniyar by way of taking permission from PDD department near about approx. 1km. The job includes the charge of skilled /Manual labour, ladder, rope other tool s & tackles, replacement of damaged insulator with new ones (3no). After completion of work the H.T line should be tested.

Replacement of damaged wooden channel with new ISMC 75 channel with clamps, nuts & bolts, washers (110kg) for fitting of existing link set & new drop out set with the help of skilled labour at lift irrigation scheme Sheeri-I. The job also includes the charge of p/f of new cable kits two no, pin insulator three no. as per sample for the completion of work.
