Centrifuging of Transformer Oil of newly installed 63MVA Line Reactor alongwith other associated Works at 400KV Substation Bareilly under E.400KV Substation Division, Bareilly, with all cost of men, Misc, consumables, Normal and special T&P etc. Required for satisfactory completion of the work with all due care of safety & precautions as per Technical specifications and direction of the Supervising engineer as per details Below-:

Centrifuging/Dehydration of the Complete T/F Oil in63 MVAR line Reactor by Ultra High Vacuum oil filtration Plant after contenting the Centrifuging Ripe with Reactor Tank to Oil Filtration Plant including taking the BDV, PPM Values of Oil & IR Values of Bushings periodically (even 02 Hrs.) till the required values are achieved. Centrifuging machine alongwith operator and associated T&P, Testing kits (PPM, BDV & IR) shall be arranged by contractor. The operator must record all parameters (as per standard).

Complete Testing of oil includingBDV , Interfacial tension , PPM , tan deltaetc DGA from CPRI /Any Gov Laboratory . including sampling bottle carriage etc
