False Ceiling : 8 mm thick Cement Board False Ceiling and panelling with necessary frame work all as per the direction of EIC including applying putty and two coats of paint as per the approved pattern and approved makes and a corner aluminium beeding with screw and rubber beeding all as per drawing and direction of EIC

Inside Wall Lining in GI frame with 8 mm thick cement board including Rock Wool density 48kg insulation including wall and panel including applying putty and two coats of paint as per the approved pattern and approved makes as per drawing and direction of EIC

Providing and fixing UPVC door (750x2100mm) for including all frame works Kitchen as per the direction of EIC

Pantry table with granite top ,the under cabinet shelves shall be made of 18mm thick plywood(including enamel paniting) and door shutter has to be made with aluminium frame and door shutter by using hylum sheet based on approved drawing including all fittings such as auto close hinges,handles and mangetic lock etc.

Providing and fixing SS sink with tap and plumbing line inside as per drawing and direction of EIC

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles/antiskid vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid above the cement board with suitable gum of approved makes as per the direction of EIC and fill the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.

Providing and fixing 12mm toughned glass partition with necessary fittings /frame works,handles, floor spring, hinges, etc as per the drawings and direction of EIC

Supplying and installation of moisture resistant 20mm cement board as per standard sizes fixed with self-drilling / taping screws. Screws shall be of counter sunk rib head of 1.60mm to 4 mm thick or 8 to 10 gauge of length varying from 25 to 45 mm.
