Reactive Maintenance ( Initial Rectification work)

OD157220/2025-2026:Providing and fixing of vinyl printed sticker over existing running contract information board with non-retro reflectorized Vinyl sign with 1 year warranty manufactured Vinyl Printed sheet including lettering symbols etc.

55.38a:Providing and erecting a "W" metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3 mm thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail, 70 cm above road/ground level, fixed on Structural Steel c section vertical post, 150 x 75 x 5 mm spaced 2 m centre to centre, 1.8 m high, 1.1 m below ground/road level, all steel parts and fitments to be galvanised by hot dip process, all fittings to conform to IS:1367 and IS:1364, metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a spacer of structural steel c section 150 x 75 x 5 mm, 330 mm long complete as per clause 811.3.

OD160276/2025-2026:Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22 mm thick in footpath & courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles, including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand). (Created As Per DAR CIVIL Item No: 11.20.1)

3.6:Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m

12.4:Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days.

12.8.B:Plain/Reinforced Cement Concrete in Open Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications PCC Grade M20 (Without formwork)

8.4.4:Providing and fixing of retro- reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign with 7years warranty manufactured as per IRC :67 made of Type IV micro prismatic grade sheeting vide clause 801.3.3 fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2 mm thick/ aluminium composit material sheeting 4 mm thick with suitable back supporting frame of MS angle 25x25x3 and supported on GI pipe pole 50mm NB confirming to IS 1239 firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M 15 grade cement concrete min size 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level including painting all exposed surface with 2 coats of epoxy painting over epoxy primer and as per approved drawing and clause 801 including lettering symbols etc. 80 mm x 60 mm rectangular

OD214054/2025-2026:Wood cutter for cutting with machine for cutting of trees, including cutting of trunks, branches and removal of stumps, roots etc complete

2.2:Clearing grass and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 metres outside the periphery of the area

10.3:Maintenance of Earth Shoulder (stripping excess soil) from the shoulder surface to achieve the approved level and compacting with plate compactor

Proactive/ Preventive Maintenance-

55.4:Supplying and stacking 36mm size hard broken stone in standard heaps for measurement.

55.2:Supplying and stacking 12mm hard blue granite broken stone in standard heaps for measurement(IRC 3.2.1.a)

55.8.a:Filling up pot holes (cut and formed to regular shapes and all loose and defective materials removed) after supplying a prime coat of hot bitumen using 36mm departmental broken stone and compacting with power roller to get a compact surface.

55.9.a:Filling up pot holes (cut and formed to regular shapes and all loose and defective materials removed) after supplying a prime coat of hot bitumen using 12mm departmental broken stone and compacting with power roller to get a compact surface.

5.2.a:Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion( RS) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 - 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

OD157216/2025-2026:Providing, laying and rolling of close-graded premix surfacing material of 20 mm thickness composed of 11.2 mm to 0.09 mm (Type-A) aggregates using viscosity grade bitumen ( VG - 30) to the required line, grade, and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a Smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonne capacity, and finishing to the required level and grade.

10.5.1a:Filling Pot-holes and Patch Repairs with Bituminous concrete, 40mm. Removal of all failed material, trimming of completed excavation to provide firm vertical faces, cleaning of surface, painting of tack coat on the sides and base of excavation as per clause 503, back filling the pot holes with hot bituminous material as per clause 504, compacting, trimming and finishing the surface to form a smooth continuous surface, all as per clause 3004.2 - For grading I Material

OD157218/2025-2026:Filling up of potholes with Bituminous Readymix compound (25 kg bag) and compacting by ramming to get a compact surface including of cost of materials laying charges transportation to site. etc complete rate is arrived for a bag of 25 kg.

OD157217/2025-2026:Engaging labour with passenger car not less than 1000cc for conducting conducting and reporting routine inspection up to 20KM per day for the entire length of project road at a frequency of 7 days through out the agreement period of running contract as directed by the department officers.

8.13:Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads on Bituminous Surface @ 250 gms per sqm area, the thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform, and free from streaks and holes.

55.15:Refurbishment of existing signboardsRefurbishment of existing signboards of all size except gantry mounted ones to their original reflectivity & position by removing obstructions like overgrowth vegitation etc ,if any,washing the signboards with water & soap solution to remove all dirt, oil etc. , correcting any dislocations including minor repairs, replacement of lost nut and bolts etc complete.

12.8.1.C.1:Plain/Reinforced Cement Concrete in Open Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications RCC Grade M20 - Using Concrete Mixer

12.40:Supply, Fitting and Placing un- coated HYSD bar Reinforcement in Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications

8.45:Provision of metal drum/empty bitumen drum delineator, 300 mm in diameter, 800 mm high, filled with earth for stability, painted in circumferential strips of alternate black and white 100 mm wide fitted with reflectors 3 Nos of 7.5 cm dia, all as per IRC:SP:55-2001
