M&L for earthing complete with steel earth plate eletrode 60cm x 60cm x6mm thick buried dirctly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level) with top edge of plat not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connected to GI strip 32x6mm by means of bolts. nuts,check nuts and washers etc including protection pipe 15mm dia up to 7.5m length , provision the earth lead to earth connection in ther main distribution box with lugs and GI nuts,bolts, earthing shall be done all as per shown electrical plate No 5 of SSR part 1 Including neccessary excavation in disintergratedand hard soil and 20mm dia GI pipe with funel for watering PCC earth chamber 100mm thick precast RCC cover with suitable precast RCC frame and earth test point and testing in presence of Engr -in -Charge.

Construction of Plinth of size 2.0 mx 2.0 mx1.5 m for VCB, using 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 as in lean concrete, flyash brick masonry in CM 1:6, the top of the plinth shall consist of 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) over 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 over compacted moorum filling, 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on brick surface with and including 25 cm thick stone aggregates of size 12.5 mm all around upto and including 1.5 m from the edge of the plinth including the RCC Gate and fencing with angle iron post in lieu of RCC post complete all as specified, directed by the Engineer-in-charge and as shown on TD drawing No CEPZ/98/TD/6, Sheet No 2/2.

Supply, laying, commissioning and testing in repairs of XLPE insulated, seceened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel wire armoured heavy duty electric power cable with aluminium conductor, 6.35/11 KV suitable for 11000 volts grade, cross-sectional area 95 sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches not exc. 1.5m wide and not exc. 1.5 metre deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) During the excavation damage of Road, Electric cable,Signal cable and Sewage line should be repaired by the contractor without any extra coast and surface should be matched as existing surface. (ii) Excavation of Hard surface are included in same item ,NO extra charge will be paid.

Returning, filling in including spreading, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm in soft/loose soil. Complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point.

M & L for sand cushioning for under ground cable with locally available clean sand for protection of cable 8cm before laying cable and 15cm deep over the cable including spreading and onsolidations, complete all as specified and directed. (Note-Punned thickness ie 18 mm will be measured and paid)
