Excavation in trenches, not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth: for foundation, etc or for manholes, etc not exc 10 Sqm on plan and not exc 1.5 in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed

Returning, filling ramming etc in layers n.exc 25 cm including levelling, watering etc complete all as specified and as directed

Removing excavated materials not exc 50 Mtr and depositing where directed at level n. exc 1.5 Mtr above from the starting point complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar 150mm internal dia of pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Reinforced concrete pipes, 150 mm dia bore class NP2, laid in trenches for sewage lines and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete bed to drain pipe 150 mm dia in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 including packing under the haunching on sides complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar 100mm internal dia of pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipe single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints and fixed to walls etc at any height with scaffolding and necessary arrangements including making good the damaged portion complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L pre cast concrete block masonry 1:3:6 type C1 (20mm graded aggregate) with solid block exceeding 10 cm in width and setting CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete wall surfaces finished to even and smooth without using extra cement in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in ground floors etc not exceeding 15cm thickness as man hole cover and similar works complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast reinforced concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for cover slab set in and pointed in CM 1:6 including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia and over cut to length bend to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire(annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L cutting in to existing manholes for connecting new drains making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching and forming branch channels (`1/2 round section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 smooth finished and reforming benching as required for 150 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PVC (SWR) gully trap 125/110 mm setting and jointing with solvent cement and making good the surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) bends 110mm radius provided with access door/inspection hole with rubber ring joints and fixed to walls etc at any height with scaffolding and necessary arrangements including making good the damaged portion in wall/floor complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L cement concrete type D-2 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) as in floors and pavings of 75mm thick all as complete all as specified and as directed

M&L Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20mm thick for laying floor finishes in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed

M&L Chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20 cm x 25 mm thick set joined and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and no pigment complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting roads for removing damaged drain pipes and laying of pipes with all neccessary fittings any length with collers, laid in trenches or in floors 150mm bore complete all as specified and as directed including making good the road cutting complete all as specified and as directed. Note. pipe will be measured separately in respective item.

Taking out CI/PVC grating from floor trap and cleaning of all rubbish, clearing the blockage in bath/kitchen and refixing the grating in position including making good the damaged portion, if any complete all as specified and as directed.

Opening the inspection eyes of vertical stack/ rain water pipes, cleaning and clearing the blockage including making good of disturbed portion, if any complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing carefully the cover slabs of man holes of any size and shape and removing the scum/ sludge including any organic or inorganic matters to a distance exc 100m and not exc 1500m and depositing eco friendly where as directed by engineer in charge, and setting the man-hole cover in position in CM (1:6) after cleaning the sludge for the manholes upto 50cm depths

Cleaning of sewage line from manhole to manhole of 100/150 mm bore SWG pipe and depositing the waste to a distance exc. 100 m as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note: The solid waste materials such as sludge, silt, grit etc obtained from item No .28 to 33 shall be burried under earth to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for removing/ Bailing out/ pumping out sludge liquid, solid and waste material from septic tank, pumping into honey sucker mechanical transport vehicle and depositing/ containg eco friendly non hazardous ways at a distance exceeding 200m and not exceeding 5km where directed complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge for 100users capacity septic tank
