Daily dry cleaning and wet sweeping of Sqm floors and toilets, fixtures like wash basin W.C. Pan (Indian type and European type), urinal stall, toilet floor and walls up to dado level i.e. the glazed tiles fixed on the walls, cleaning of mirrors, pantry attached, staircase, commonplaces, corridors, all rooms, passes and complete premises of sports infra structure etc in the basket and stacking/burning the garbage the incinerator as directed by the authorized person in charge of work complete including the cost of disinfectants cleaning agents phenol, acid, detergent, naphthalene balls etc. Item rate includes cost of consumables specified for daily maintenance with the cleaning of carpets/sofa sets etc with vacuum cleaner, cleaning of toilets for both the seasons etc as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Daily sweeping and cleaning of circulating Sqm area of ADEN/SSE(P.Way)/Works office building and their compounds includes cycles and scooters stands, parking area, land scaping etc as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Valve operation i.e.closing & opening of Each/month valves timely and maintenance of valves at different valve station round the clock including cleaning and dewatering of valve area gland packing of valves with railway materials, closing and opening of valves in proper way and proper time under the super vision of Railway representative. Note :(i) The operation of valve shall be done at exact time as fixed by the Engineer-in- charage or his authorized representative under strict supervision of railway representative.(ii) Contractor has to report to SSE/Works office every day at the time schedule fixed by the SSE/Works. (iii) In case of failure to operate/maintain the valve an amount equal to double the schedule rate shall be deducted from contractor bill. (iv) The contractor will operate the valve in safe manner without the damage to valve /pump/pipe etc in case of damage due to wrongly operation of valve the amount incurred in repairing the same shall be deducted from contractors bill. The valve operation includes all valve whether may be raising or may be distribution irrespective of nos of valve (v) Unit Each/month should be read as per tank per month and operation of valve related with each tank may be for any nos of times in day. Upkeep and operation of filter house, it will Each/month include the following:- (a) Operation of pressure filters as per schedule fixed by Railway including opening and closing of different valves. (d) Upkeep and security of filter house compound in a proper and clean condition every time and as directed by Engineer-in-charge or his authorised representative. The rate inclusive all lead, lift, royalty, sale tax, and all other charges/type of taxes etc. liveable by Central Govt./State Govt. and local bodies. Note:- In the event of unsatisfactory performances on the part of the contractors, ADEN/Manendragarh or Sr.DEN/North/BSP shall been powered to impose FINE or terminate the contract straight forth with as the circumstances may be warrant. Penalties will be as below:- (i) Unsatisfactory & upkeep maintenance of filter house as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge or his authorized by 1000/- per day. (ii) The main gate of the filter house is to be kept in closed condition.

Hiring and operating Multi-Utility vehicle of Each/month loading capacity one MT with sitting capacity of 4/6 persons, 4 strokes, 4 cylinders engine, factory-built metal body, cargo box type or passenger cabin type or both (with 24 hours availability), including cost of fuel, lubricants, major/minor repairs, salary of driver, toll tax, all other tax complete, operation and maintenance including running upto 1200 km in a month. The vehicle shall run on pucca, kutcha road and along the track. The contractor shall arrange road permit for vehicles for all the States of operation, as per instructions of engineer in-charge and vehicle shall not be more than three years old.
