Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including disposal of excavated earth up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m, as per directions of Engineer in Incharge: All kinds of soil

Supplying,stacking, spreading in required thickness along with rolling & watering the same, maintaining required slope or gradient with smooth & even of the top surface including all royalty & carriage etc as per direction of EIC . Stone aggregate (single size), 12.5mm nominal size

Supplying and stacking at site good quality seived fine sand (free from external materials) including all royalty & carriage etc complete as per direction of EIC

Mixing of sieved earth, fine sand and saw dust in required proportion & spreading in required thickness along with rolling & watering the same, maintaining required slope or gradient with smooth & even of the top surface etc. as per direction of officer-in-charge (cost of sand, saw dust and good earth to be paid separately).

Supplying and stacking at site saw dust including all royalty & carriage etc complete as per direction of EIC. (saw dust measured in stacks will be reduced by 8% for payment)

Supplying and stacking at site salt & spreading in required thickness including all royalty & carriage etc complete as per direction of EIC.

supplying and stacking good earth (no red and hard soil, earth free from silt, roots & other foreign material) including all royalty & carriage & screened through Seive of IS designation (earth measured in stack will be reduced by 20% for payment)

Preparation and consolidation of surface with power road roller of medium capacity, dressing to required camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etc. and re-rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earth with lead upto 50 metres.

Anti termite treatment of lawn area through premise 30.50% I P. one liter premise diluted in 499 liters water and applying solution @ 1.00 litre solution per sqm lawn or bed area.(two application) i/c cost of chemical)and as per direction of officer-in-charge.

Manufacturing ,supply,errection of CHAIR TYPE BENCH with back rest with seating length 1500mm, seating height 450mm,total height 1000mm & base width 620mm.Each banch consists of (a) 2.0 nos L- shape base support in Yellow colour of 100mm thickness, (b) 5.0 nos reinforced cement planks in red colour (through out the thickness of the plank ) of size 1500mm x 100mm x 50mm thickness,(c) 1.0 no reinforced cement planks of size 1500mm x 200mm x 50mm thickness, all complete and manufactured by M-30 grade of concrete and reinforced suitably to prevent damage during handling , transportation , erection and long use, all parts are jointed together with galvanised nuts and bolts of suitable size, all bolts are sealed after assembliy, bench top and back planks are fitted with special anticorrosive , waterproof coatings so as to make surface glossy and waterproof.

Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes,channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.).
