Should have handled in the past purchase and storage of Raw Materials at least up to 20 MT.

The bidder shall Be a firm/ company/partnership/proprietorship firm/ LLPs registered under the Indian Companies Act 1956/ the partnership Act 1932

The bidder should have a manufacturing license to manufacture Soaps and other cosmetics in Karnataka and should be in operation for a Minimum Period of 3 Years.

The bidder should have proof of having manufactured and marketed soaps in their brand name for the last 2 years

The bidder should have a fully automated/Semi automated plant to manufacture toilet soaps with a capacity of at least 4 metric tonnes per day.

The bidder should have manufacturing facilities of 2500sft (Owned or Leased for a period not less than 3 years as on 01 Mar 2026) in Bangalore to ensure efficient and cost-effective supply chain. The bidder should be able to increase the storage facilities as and when required based on the growth of the business.

Should have 100% transparent transactions both on the procurement and supply side and should adhere to fair practices.

The bidder should be acquainted with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) & ISO Certification, and be acquainted with operations of all machinery

Should have an in-house Laboratory to test basic parameters like pH, TFM etc.

Should have average annual turnover of Rs. 90.00 Lakhs during the past three financial years i.e. 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26. (CA Certificate to be submitted - Copy of the audited Profit and Loss Account Statement and Balance Sheet duly certified by a Chartered Accountant.
