Developing overall Concept & Content generation, Designing Artwork on the said content in 3 different Languages – English, Konkani & Marathi. The concept designs and matter shall be utilised for developing all required creative for branding, print, digital, electronic and social media advertising, Information Booklet, etc.

Pole Branding: Arrangement of installation of Pole Branding which involves fixing 2 nos. double side (back-to-back) printed fabric of size 4’ x 2’, mounted on 2 nos. metal frames clamped on left & right side of a pole. Duration: Full duration of the meetings, from April to July 2023

View-Cutters: Masking on the roadside to be placed in the form of Branding printed on fabric as per approved design and quality, the material being PVC-free eco-fabric with 4 colour printing of 200gsm, with installation using metal frames and pipes, to be placed at appropriate locations along the route to be used by G20 delegates from the Dabolim and Manohar International Airports to Summit Hotels and Excursion Points. Duration: Full duration of the meetings, from April to July 2023. This is a one time installation

4. Hoardings: Providing hoardings at prominent locations across the State, more so, at both the Airports and enroute from both the Dabolim and Manohar International Airports to Dona Paula. The G20 Logo and tag line shall be externally mounted and fitted with LED light so that, in the dark, the G20 Logo and the tag lines glow and are visible. The logo and tag line shall have front side 3mm white acrylic letters, back side 8mm foam letters, side patti 3inch profile and LED & Power supply with fitting. Total Area: 20,000 Sq. Ft. divided over 08 Boards. Duration: Full duration of the meetings, from April to July 2023.

Providing Standees, to be displayed at different locations – Offices, Public Spaces, Hotels, Excursions points, Airports, etc. (Superb Fabric Standee made of eco-friendly polyster banner matt, mounted on MS Tube frame stand). Duration: Full duration of the meetings, from April to July 2023.

Flag Arenas: Installation of Flag Arenas, incorporating all Participating Country and International Organization Flags for the entire duration of the G20 events to be held in Goa, from April to July 2023.

Matoli Gates: Matoli Gates of size 20ft x 20ft to be installed at both Airport Exit Gates, 3 Hotel Entrances. A Matoli is a wooden canopy / structure, decorated using wide variety of fresh local fruits and vegetables and variety of herbs to create a colorful and attractive entrance gate. The matoli is a magnificent display of biodiversity, and most of these flowers, fruits, leaves, etc are medicinal. It is a way of telling the story of the importance of these plants to the future generation. The most important items in a traditional matoli include betelnuts, mauling (local citrus fruit), coconuts, kangoni, kavndal, sharwad chiddo, kallawi, bhende, ghosalim, kandlam, kattam (local vegetables), besides fruits like guavas, apples, maindolli bananas.

Production of Documentaries and Audio-Visuals: a) Number of documentaries to be produced: 20 b) Duration of each documentary: 3-5 minutes c) Documentaries and AVs shall be handed over to the Department to be played on local Television Channels, digital screens at various locations and on mobile vans d) The agency should be able to develop interesting and innovative video. e) The Agency will have to obtain all requisite permissions and follow the statutory rules in force while undertaking their tasks. f) All requirements such as manpower, video content/script, equipment’s etc. including the hardware/software, will have to be arranged by the Agency g) The Video/films should ideally be shot on 2K/4K and HD format h) All the real and virtual creations will be the right of DIP including Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)

Welcome Wall: Creation of Welcome Wall, incorporating biodiversity concepts, traditional Goan art & craft combined with G20 concept. To be installed at the two Airports. Size: 30ft x 8ft (H) for the entire duration of the G20 events to be held in Goa, from April to July 2023..

Creation of a Goencho Maand (exhibition cum sale setup) at the Taj Resort & Convention Centre: • Setting up a traditional Maand / Goan-style Bazar • Displaying various traditional Goan art & craft items, packaged food items • Stalls: 06 - 08 nos. made artistically, based on the underlying eco-friendly theme, with all necessary arrangements. • Water-proofed structure with traditional visage to be arranged for housing the stalls • Duration: From May to July 2023

Supply of Lapel Brooch of G20 Logo

Setting up Information Counters/Help Desks at the 3 nos. Summit Hotels – with necessary furniture which includes 01 table (6ft x 2ft) and 02 chairs with head mount, name facia, 02 nos. of lights, 02nos. 5A of power points, 01no. of dustbin, etc. per counter. Duration 4months from April to July 2023.

Rangoli: G20 theme based Rangoli shall be provided at both Airports and the three Summit Hotels, at the time of the scheduled meetings. Size of each Rangoli: 8ft x 8ft. Que Managers around the Rangoli.

LED Screen: Installation of one number LED Screen of size 50ft x 24ft, water-proof P-4 LED panels, mounted on a heavy metal structure, with power connection, to be displayed at a suitable location as directed by the Department, for the entire duration of the G20 meetings to be held in Goa from April to July 2023.
