Dismantling and Removing 2.5 cm grading concrete from roof slab and cleaning the surface lowering and removing the debries within 50m lead etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Dismantling and removing old tarfelting from roof slab and cleaning the surface and lowering and removing the debris away from the work site including cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling old tiled flooring (tiles only) including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debries with all leads and lifts from the work site including cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

2.5Cm.(1”) thick grading concrete with cement (1:2:2) using 6mm & downgraded size over roof slab to proper slope finished smooth, watering and curing including cost, conveyance, taxes and royalties of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect in all floors.

Providing & laying water proof with polymetric bituminous membrance (Plastic felt) of 2.25kg/sqm and 1.5mm thickness consisting of layers having center core of 20 microns thermoplastic high molecular high density polythene H.M.H.D.P.E. film of grade 2504 including priming the surface with bituminous primer @ 0.3 kg/sqm providing a coat of hot blown bitumen of 1.32 kg/sqm, applying and laying plastic felt membrance with 10cm overlap adhered to blown bitumen of 85/25 or 90/15 grade and covered with a layer of hot blown bitumen @1.2kg/sqm etc Complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of vetrified tiles of premium grade having thickness 8mm to 10mm of 60Cm x 60Cm plain size (Homogenous) in floors, treads or steps and landing on 25mm thick bed of cement mortar, cement and sand (1:1) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials with labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect in all floors as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge

Providing, fitting & fixing of Vetrified tiles (Homogenous) of approved quality in dados, skirting and rises of steps on cement plaster 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 Sand) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the slabs of the tiles including rubbing, polishing with cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials with labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect in all floors as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of Granite tiles of premium grade in floors, treads or steps and landing on thick bed of cement mortar, cement and sand (1:1) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials with labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect in all floors as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge

Supplying, fitting and fixing of Chequered tiles of approved size,colour, and quality in floors, treads or steps and landing on 25mm thick bed of cement mortar cement and sand (1:1) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed wit pigment to match the slabs of the tiles including rubbing, polishing with cost, conveyance, royalities and taxes of all materials with labour and T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect in all floors as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Finishing wall surfaces with acrylic wall putty (water based) of approved make and finished smooth to receive painting including cost of scaffolding, staging charges with cost & conveyance of all materials taxes labour T & P etc complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charges.

Supply and fixing of Un-plasticised Poly Vinyl Chloride (UPVC) (FENESTA / NCL VEKA LTD) Casement Window with top fixed - 60- Series duly manufactured using UPVC reinforced profiles of 60mm x 55mm x 2.5mm for outer frames, 75mm x 60mm x 2.25mm for casement of Window Sash Profile and 74mm x 60mm x 2.5mm mullion profile capable of mounting single glazing system, structurally reinforced with hot dip galvanized up to 50 microns of minimum thickness of 2.0 mm prefabricated & welded through fusion welding the door sash shall be fitted with 12mm thick WPC Board of Greenply make duly fixed with EPDM weathering seal resistant accessories like clipping locking system made of aluminium 1 no., per set of sashes and the system is to be installed at the site using anchor fasteners, silicon rubber sealant, easy glazing / deglazing at site with 10 years manufactures warranty for discoloration, wraping, mechanical failures, shrinkages, rotting, corrosion etc. with a quality certificate from relevant department of Govt. of India, including cost and conveyance of all materials, accessories, labour charges for transportation, erection at site with templates for casement sizing complete for finished item of work (structural requirements profiles are to be got approved by the Engineer-in-Charge of the work before fabrication of the shutter) as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Confirming to ASTM D 638-14, EN-477-95 and other applicable standards.

Providing fitting and fixing of Gypsum Decorative Boarding to be fixed by means of steel screw and PVC supended from celling etc complete including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials and labour etc. complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing fitting and fixing of Gypsum Ceiling Flower to be fixed by means of steel screw and PVC supended from celling etc complete including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials and labour etc. complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing enamel painting two coat for new steel works including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, cost of all labour with T & P etc required for the work etc complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Supplying, installation, testing and commssioning of 1200 mm sweep white/milky colour BLDC copper winding ceiling fan with aluminium blades having wattage not more than 28W and air delivery ≥215m3/min Make-Atomberg/Crompton Energion Groove /Havells Efficiencia Neo/Usha Technix/Bajaj Turbo Pro 12DC5 ) including wiring the down rod of standard length (upto 30 cm) with 1.5 sq mm PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable etc. as required as per direction of Engg.-in-Charge,Replacement Warranty will be 4 years.(With fan Regulator)

SITC of energy efficient LED tube light fittings with decorative alluminium batten and LED tube light having power rating not more than 20 watt and lumen output not less than 2200 lumen complete with electronic driver and all other accessories with diffuser having 2 years warranty i/c connection etc as required as per direction of Engg.-in-Charge. Supply of 8 mtr long hot dip galvanized Octagonal pole having base dia of 155 mm and top dia of 70 mm and plate thick ness of 4 mm or more. complete with base plate and 4 nos. Jtype En 8 grade foundation bolts to withstand 180 KM / HR or more wind speed considering the weight & dimension of 1 nos 60 W AIO Solar light to be fitted in the pole at two diffrent heights ( One light on Pole Top and second light on the differential bracket) (Make - Bajaj/Utkarsh/Valmount /RR Ispat/Equivalent)

Supply of Elegant look 60 W (+/-10%) AIO LED Solar Street lights having extruded alluminium housing, 180Wp or more Mono Crystalline Panel/Laminates fixed on the top of the luminaire housing, maintenance free 12.8 volts 78 Ah or more LiFePO4 battery(BIS certified) , BMS, MPPT charge controller, PIR sensor to provide 2 days (24 hrs ) back up . The luminaire is having IP 65 protection for critical components, IK 07 and having lumen output of > 10000 lumen and having minimum lumen efficacy >160 lm/w) as per LM 79 report third party NABL lab to justify the lumen output & lumen efficacy . Lenses should be provided on the LED chip for better lighting dstribution to avoid glare on human eyes. Both the luminaire and Mono Crystalline Panel must be manufactured in India.

The Solar lighting company must submit the third party NABL lab reports to justify the luen efficacy,luminaire output , IK 08 and IP 65 protection . The Luminaire should be supplied along with adjustable type mounting bracket which can be fitted di

rectly on the pole. The Solar Street light and solar panel having capacity of 180 Wp or more must be designed to take the wind load at 180 KM/HR wind speed (As per wind load test report ) .The Solar lighting manufacturer must submit the declaration letter by mentioning that complete solar light and the solar panel are manufactured in India and warranty certificate on their company's letterhead by mentioning warranty period as 5 years and necessary aftersales service will be provided through their tollfree base service network located within 100 KM from the project site.

The Solar Street light manufacturer should have own NABL accredieted laborotory.

The following test reports must be submitted for the technical acceptance of the products. 1.LM 79 REPORT (Central/State Govt./Third party NABL lab only) , 2. IK 08 (Report of Central/State Govt./Third party NABL lab only), 3. IP 65 (Report of Central/State Govt./Third party NABL lab only) , 4. Wind load test report of AIO Street light having 180 Wp or more capacity Solar Mono Panel suitable for 180 KM/Hr wind Speed.

The AIO solar street light must complies to the following :1. EN50530 – MPPT Efficiency , 2.. IEC61547 , 3. IEC61000-3-2 – EMC , 4. IEC 60598-2-3 ,5. IEC 62109-1, ( The necessary test reports of Central/State Govt./Third party NABL lab against the above must be submitted for for acceptance of product/TDS approval prior to start of the work. All the test reports must be in the name of solar lighting company ) Make:(Philips/Panasonic/Wipro/ Havells/Bajaj/ Crompton/ LT/Equivalent)

Supply & fixing of GI Adapter plate of 14 mm thickness or more to withstand the load on 8 mtr Octagonal pole & Solar light complete with mounting bolts of suitable size & all accessories required for fixing the plate on the ROB by using suitable machinery without cutting crash barrier/bridge surface.The Adapter plate shall be designed in a proper manner to install the 8 mtr Octagonal pole with Solar light on the side of the ROB/Bridge.
