REPAIR / MAINT / REPLACEMENT OF INTERNAL ELECT WORKS AT VARIOUS JCOS/OR MD ACCN FOR JRC/ JLA AND CONNECTED AREA OF BAREILLY CANTT UNDER GE (W) BAREILLY.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium batten/conduit point, wiring for light/fan/socket/bell or power point including. All fittings i.e. switch, sockets, ceiling rose, regulators, batten holders, etc. Complete and making good disturbed surfaces of wall/floor to match with the surroundings of wall/ceiling/floor etc including taking down old light fittings. Note :- (i) Contractors quoted rate of this item deemed inclusive of unscrewing of the serviceable fittings and fixture as directed and deposit in MES store yard. (ii) Quoted rate also deem to be included cost of cutting chases for taking out concealed conduit and nitch for terminal box. .

M&L for point wiring with PVC FRLS insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable 1.5 sqmm (nominal area) 1100 volts grade , along with one single run of same size and type of copper wire as continuous earth wire to common earth dolly drawn in and including non metallic PVC rigid, medium duty in PVC Conduit of 20/25 mm dia , concealed in wall including all conduit and fixing accessories and modular sunken box and modular cover plate/frame any module as required and making good to match with the existing surface of wall complete all as specified and directed for the following :- (a) One light/fan/bell point controlled by one switch

(b) All as per same in item No 2 above but for One point for socket outlet 5 amps on independent board

(c) All as per same in item No 2 above but for One point for socket outlet 5 amp same board

(d) All as per same in item No 2 above but for One light point controlled by two 2-way switches, with cables 1.5 sq. mm size

(e) All as per same in item No 2 above but for one socket outlet 16 Amp on independent board with 2.5 Sq mm cable and 2.5 Sq mm earth wire.

(f) All as per same in item No 2 above but for one socket outlet 16 Amp on independent board with 4.0 Sq mm cable and 4.0 Sq mm earth wire.

M & L for surface point wiring on wall and surface on ceiling/roof with necessary fixing arrangements with PVC-FRLS insulated and unsheathed copper multi-stranded conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm, 1100 volts grade drawn in and including conduit medium grade ISI marked not less than 19 mm dia/ Casing caping of 19-20 mm with all conduit accessories/ fittings such as junction boxes, bends, tee, elbow etc including anodized standard sunken boxes as per stanadard as per manufecturer norms / Polycrbonate appropriate size for surface mounting with earth dolly and standard grid, crown and cover plate for fixing of switches / sockets, fan regulators, with captive screws including PVC-FRLS insulated and unsheathed copper multi-stranded conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm, 1100 volts grade for continuous earthing and making good the surface by cement mortar (1:3) and for matching / finishing of new surfaces either by means of plaster of peris/ Putti or distemper / colour wash with same existing colour surfaces all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge for the following:- For one light, fan, call bell, 5Amp independent socket point controlled by one switch.

All as per same in item No 8 above but for one socket outlet 16 Amp on independent board with 4.0 Sq mm cable and 4.0 Sq mm earth wire.
