Improvement / Upgradation of School Building at BMS Watlab Zone Dangerpora

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry and curing complete, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete, 50 mm thick with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate, including all carriages.

Finishing with Deluxe multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using primer as per manufacturers’ specifications.Two or more coats applied @ 1.25 liter/10sqm over and including one coat of special primer applied @ 0.75liter /10sqm with carriage.

Applying priming coat With ready mixed pink or grey primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work (hard and soft wood) including all carriages.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade.Two or more coats on new work including all carriages.

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of specified thickness, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. 2 mm thick with carriage.

Dismantling wooden boardings in lining of walls and partitions, excluding supporting members but including stacking within 50 meters lead . Upto 10 mm thick.

Providing and fixing of Wooden joists in frames of false ceiling, partitions etc. sawn and fixed in position.Budloo / Fir wood with carriage.

Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for separately, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Note: -Butt hinges and necessary screws shall be paid separately). Second kail wood 35 mm thick including all carriages.

Providing and fixing of 12 mm thick plywood/board(kitply,Greenply,Century,Sarda,Mayur or equivalent) with nails etc as ceiling/partition of walls or equivalent work excluding cost of frame work including all carriages complete.
