Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15 cm thick above or below ground level and removal of entire debris as ordered outside MD land complete all as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling inluding cement mortar bedding (but not backing), stacking serviceable tiles at site and removal of entire debris as ordered outside MD land complete all as directed.

S&F Second class hard wood factory made kiln - seasoned, plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed, rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue, pinned at joints and fixed in position complete all as directed.

S&F 35 mm thick flush shutter with solid core construction with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides including exposed surfaces finished with external teak wood lipping, 6mm thick fixed with nails and both side 0.90mm thick Decorative laminate type 1 of surface finish, colour and pattern and approved, fixed with approved adhesive as per manufacture's instructions complete all as directed.

S&F fibre glass reinforced plastic (FRP) door frames of three legged of cross section 90x45 mm having single rebate 32x15 mm to receive shutter of 30 mm thickness. The laminate door frame moulded with fire retardant grade unsaturated polyster resin and chopped mat. Door frame laminate of 2 mm thick and filled with suitable wooden block in all three legs. The frame shall be covered with fibre glass from all sides. Mild steel stay shall be provided at the bottom to steady the frame.

S&F 30 mm thick fibre glass reinforced plastic (FRP) paneled door shutter made with fire retardant grade unsaturated polyester resin moulded to 3 mm thick FRP laminated for forming hollow rails and styles with wooden frame and suitable blocks of seasoned wood inside at required places for fixing of fittings cast monolithically with 5 mm thick FRP laminated for panels.

M&L double charged/ ultra charged vitrified ceramic tiles in light shade 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.42 sqm but not exceeding 1.00 sqm in floors etc. tiles laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1 :6 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match fixed in floor and wall surfaces complete all directed. M&L 20 mm thick granite slab (of any type) work (table rubbed, polished and rounding of edges where ever necessary as ordered) bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone, as in verticle surface and including 10 mm thick back coat in cement mortar 1:4 complete all directed and specified.
