M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (1st grade quality) over a coat of pink primer after preparation of new wooden surfaces of any description over 10 cm girth or width complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying three coats of white wash on wall surface including preparation of new plastered surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying three coats of white wash on surface of ceiling, chajja including preparation of new plastered surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of alkali resistance primer on newly plastered surface of walls including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (1st grade quality) after preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of PCC & plaster/backing coat any thickness including taking out of existing un-serviceable tarfelt / bituminous membrane on roof and parapet of any roof height carefully by cutting chiseling or by any mechanical way, cleaning the surface by scraping, brooming, brushing etc and rubbish off the premises and applying neat cement slurry @3 Kg per Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm (avg) thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in roof padding / levelling course complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10cm thick on fair faces of concrete surface of roof in CM (1:3) mixing with WPC @200 ml per 50 Kg of cement as per manufacturer's, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, rendering shall be carried out while concrete is green complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately)

M&L for rendering 20 mm thick on fair face of brick works or concrete surfaces of walls, parapet walls and roof with cement mortar (1:4) with WPC @200 ml per 50 Kg of cement as per manufacturer's instructions finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs or mud stops, top of chajjas, coping, bed plates etc rounded or chamfered on edges including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying evenly a coat of oil based bitumen primer confirming to IS-3384 on roof, canopy, chajja, parapet (vertical surface etc) @ 0.40 Litre / Per Sqm by the same membrane manufacturer of density 250C, 0.87 to 0.89 litre and viscosity 70-160 cps after proper cleaning the roof surfaces (horizontal/vertical) and providing APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3.6 Kg/Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyester non wove fabric (weight not less than 150 gms / sqm) laid on primed surface with side over lap of 100 mm and end overlap of 150 mm, using bitumen torch or by LP gas torching and sealing all joints etc and ensuring complete thermo fusing and applying two coats of aluminum paint @100ml/Sqm over it all as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of anodised (powder coating of minimum thickness 50 micron) aluminum frame (powder coated) for doors , windows, ventilators with one or more rebates (sliding & fixed type) including jointing cleat for fixing etc after and including taking down of existing old unserviceable frame complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of anodised (powder coating of minimum thickness 50 micron) aluminium door shutters (powder coated), aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in each door, hinges, anodised aluminum snap beading screws, 5mm thick ordinary quality sheet glass including locking arrangement, roller after and including taking down of existing old unserviceable shutter complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of double action floor spring hydraulically regulated made up of minimum 1.25mm thick aluminium alloy sheet foundation box, main body with stainless steel cover, governing pivot made of brass, other parts made of mild steel (heavy duty) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of anodized aluminium frame for window with one or more rebates and anodized aluminium window, sliding type shutters, sliding on three way aluminium channel, without sash bars, sliding on separate track, made out of aluminium section weighing 0.55 Kg/RM and necessary jointing cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodized aluminium snap beading, screws, fittings such as suitable anodized aluminium locking type handle etc. with and including supply and fixing of 5mm thick sheet glass, tinted for two channels and stainless steel wire cloth, 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire & average width of aperture 1.40mm for one channel to make the window fly proof complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of anodised (powder coating of minimum thickness 50 micron) aluminium ventilators shutters, half fixed type and half lowers type including necessary lowers adjustable frame with handle, joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodized aluminium snap beading, screws, including 4mm thick pin headed glass pane complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs of stainless steel kitchen rack (0.63 mm thick s/s sheet) of size 775mmX900mmX250mm, 1mm thick, fabricated type with all fixings accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down aluminium shutter exceeding 1.50 sqm and not exceeding 3 sqm in each leaf and refixing in same opening after repairs cleat pivot, beading, gasket, lock or any other minor parts as required all as specified and directed. (Note: Glass, door closure, floor spring measured and paid separately under relevant items)
