Material and labour for repairing/servicing the Electric induction motor and centrifugal pump coupled type by carefully disconnecting the connection cables and earthings, disconnection of electric, water supply connections both side (suction and discharge side) and fixing of dummy plates as per site requirement. Removing side covers, servicing, greasing, changing of gland packing, gaskets, defective minor parts and re-assembling, testing, preparing the surfaces of the motor and pump for painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint and commissioning the motor and pump of capacity 60 HP to the satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge. Note: (i) The rent of T&P for handling the pump motor assembly during dismantling and refixing is deemed to be included in the rate quoted by contatcor. (ii) Major spare parts of motor will be measured and paid separately under following respective items No 1.01 to 1.04

M&L for Servicing of sluice/ non return / butteryfly valve of size upto 100mm dia after taking out and checking out for any obstructions to the functioning of sluice/ NRV, butterfly valve servicing, replacement of damaged parts/accessories, like bolts & nuts, rubber gaskets, gland packing etc and refixing the same as per existing position complete all as specified.

M&L for Servicing of sluice/ non return / butteryfly valve of size 150mm to 200mm dia after taking out and checking out for any obstructions to the functioning of sluice/ NRV, butterfly valve servicing, replacement of damaged parts/accessories, like bolts & nuts, rubber gaskets, gland packing etc and refixing the same as per existing position complete all as specified.

M&L for Servicing of cast iron foot valve of size 150mm dia after taking out and checking out for any obstructions to the functioning of foot valve, replacement of damaged parts/accessories, like bolts & nuts, rubber gaskets, gland packing etc and refixing the same as per existing position complete all as specified.

M&L for Cleaning of static water tank having capacity 25000 glns which used for fire fighting purposes. The static tank shall be cleaned after dewatering of existing muddy water and scrubbing of grass, cleaning of inner wall with plain water and then with the bleaching powder 20 Kg including applying white wash to the inner surface with the lime complete all as specified. Note:- (i) T&P items for dewatering are included in the quoted rate by the contractor. (ii) The job shall be completed as per planned schedule for avoid any interruption in the system.

M&L for Servicing double head fire hydrant valve/ any type fire brigade valve after taking out and checking out for any obstructions to the functioning of hydrant, servicing, replacement of damaged parts/accessories, like bolts & nuts, rubber gaskets etc and refixing as per existing position complete all as specified.

Providing of service engingeer for routine check of fire fighting and fire detection equipments on required basis for checking of serviceability report of all installed equipments/items and report to be submitted to the office for record and minor spares/accessories are to be required for serviceability of equiments complete all as specified. Note :- (i) T&P items are to be required for checking of serviceability of equipment/items shall be deemed included in quoted by the contractor. (ii) Spare parts will be measured and paid separately under relevent item of this schedule. (iii) Removing and refixing of false ceiling during checking of serviceability of detectors from above and below ceiling and refixing the own position shall deemed to included in quoted rates.
