Supplying, erection, testing and commissioning of 40 kVA/40 kW online pure sine wave UPS with enclosure suitable for 3 phase AC input and 3 phase AC output with battery backup one hour with (min. VAH = 46800 VAH). The UPS should be of Microprocessor control double conversion, PWM (Pulse Width Modulation)/IGBT (Insulated-Gate Bipolar Transistor) based invertor with touch screen display for monitoring of its status and complete with closed battery rack. The UPS should be complete with input 415 V AC 3 ph + N (± 15%) and Output 400 V /415 V AC (± 1%) 3 Ph (380 V Optional), Manual by-pass facility, harmonics distortion at output: <2 % for Linear Load and <5% for Non-Linear Load, Power Factor Handling Capacity 0.6 to Unity within KVA and KW rating, Over load: 110% for 60 min, 125% for 10 min, 150% for 60 sec. including the cost of carriage, rack and connection etc. as required complete in all respects and to the best satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Battery bank minimum VAH 46800 (Makes: Exide/Quanta/Panasonic/APC/Zebronics)

Wiring for circuit/sub-main with following size PVC insulated heat resistant flame retardant (HRFR) and low smoke single core (flexible) copper conductor cable in surface/recessed PVC conduit along with 1 No. HRFRLS/PVC insulated single core copper conductor cable of same size for earthing as required.

Wiring for circuit / sub-main with 4x10 Sq. mm. PVC insulated heat resistant flame retardant (HRFR) and low smoke single core (flexible) copper conductor cable in surface/recessed PVC conduit along with 2 No.10 Sq.mm. (4x10+2x10) HRFRLS/PVC insulated single core copper conductor cable for earthing as required.

Supplying and erection of 6 amps. to 32 amps. rating, 10 KA breaking capacity, 240 volts, 'C' curves, miniature circuit breaker of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections etc. as required:-

Supplying and erection of 40/50/63 amps rating, 10 KA breaking capacity, 240 volts, 'C' curves, miniature circuit breaker of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections etc. as required:-

Double pole. Cat-A.

Supplying and fixing following rating, double pole (single phase & neutral) 240 volts, residual current circuit breaker (RCCB), having a sensitivity current up to 300 miliampers in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing of following way, single pole and neutral sheet steel MCB distribution board, 240 volts, on surface / recess, complete with tinned copper bus- bar, wire-set, neutral link, earth bar, din-bar, detachable gland plate, blanking plate, cable, identification labels interconnections, phosphatized and powder painted, including earthing etc. as required:-
