ADDITION ALTERATION TO LT NETWORK SYSTEM AT ICG JETTY KOCHI

Supply and lay cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 500 Sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches/ducts/floors/walls/through pipes etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply,install, test and commissioning of LT Panel, outdoor type, powder coated, 3.15 mm thick CRCA Sheet, CPRI approved having, IP 55, MS angle iron section of 50 X 50 X 6 mm frame, suitable for 3 Phase 415 volts 50 Hz, AC supply, bus bar chamber with Horizontal aluminium bus bar 3 phase and neutral 4 wire system duly insulated with heat shrinkable type sleeves as per colour code, supported on epoxy insulators, factory fabricated, roof canopy, with front and back openable double door system lockable/openable by keys from both sides, louvers & air vent gasket for natuaral flow of air. The bottom of the outer shell contains a detachable plate having provision for entry of armoured cable of adequate size with glands. The inner shell be made out of 3 mm thick CRCA Sheat duly compartmentalised for each control gear with louvers and air vent gasket for natural flow of air and suitable provision to accomodate incoming/outgoing MCCB's/MCBs and metering devices and suitable busbar chamber for passing and connecting UG cables. Providing bus bar for phases and neutral shall be insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted on suitable size 'F' class insulators made on non hygroscopic, non combustile, track resistant, high strength FRP/SMC/DMC material at an interval of not more than 300 mm through out the length of the TPN bus bar after taking out unserviceable Panel complete all as specified and directed.

Horizontal Aluminium busbar for 3 phase, 440 volts, 50 Hz, 4 wire system of rating 1000 Amps for phases and 750 Amps for Neutral. Incoming:- (a) MCCB, thermal magnetic release, 4 pole, 415 Volts, 630 Amps, 50 KA,Ics =100% Icu - 01 No. Metering Unit:- (a) R Y B Indications (LED Type) - 1 set (b) Digital Multi function meter - 01 No. (c) CT's - 900/5A, CL-1,15 VA - 1 set Outgoing:- (a) MCCB, thermal magnetic release, 4 pole, 415 Volts, 500 Amps, 36 KA, Ics =100% Icu - 02 No (b) Angle iron base frame as required size as per above panel, total leg height 600 mm and grouting in side PCC 150 mm legs and made out of ISA 50 x 50 x 6 mm thick angle iron duly painted

M & L Earthing complete with Galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 600 mm X 600 mm, 6.00 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metres below the normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal GL and connected to galvanized iron strip of size 32 x 6 mm size by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron steel all as shown in Electrical Plate No.3 connecting to earthing test point, including necessary earth work in any type of soil, PCC earth chamber made in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded aggregate), common salt, charcoal, CI funnel, earth pit cover in RCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded aggregates), with 8 mm CTD bars @ 100 mm c/c in both ways, including necessary form work complete including necessry test on completion complete taking out unserviceable earthing complete all as specified and directed. Note : The unit rate shall also include for excavation, earth work in hard/dense soil PCC (1:3:6) type C1 pit, RCC cover slab, GI funnel with 20 mm dia watering pipe, wire mesh, 40 mm dia light grade GI protection pipe for earth lead etc., complete.

Supply and fix danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for LT, 20 x15cm size complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing Galvanised iron strip 32 x 6 mm Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing heavy duty Hot dip Galvanised perforated type cable tray, 600 mm (width), side height 100 mm, thickness 3 mm including standard hanging supports, fabricated ‘L’ shaped angle iron support at suitable intervals, horizontal elbow/bends, perforated type tee outer and inner elbow complete including all jointing materials as per standard complete all as specified and directed.
