PART-I:- Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge, thickness including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering, all as specified.

Corrugated galvanized iron mild steel sheets 0.63mm thick, grade ‘O’, with 120 grams per square metre zinc coating fixed with 'J' or 'L' hook as in roof covering with two corrugation side lap. (Horizontal distance of side lap shall not be less than 145mm and depth of corrugation shall be 12.5mm), all as specified and directed.

All as per Serial Item No. 02 above but except sheet. (Note:- Serviceable pipe retrieved from Serial Item No 01 shall be used).

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fiber, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards/ slabs/ blankets, any thickness including cover fillets in ceiling, all as specified.

S & F for false ceiling of 600mmx 600mmx 4mm thick Non asbestos fibre cement building boards fixed or laid/ inserted to timber/GI/Aluminium framework with screws (e-boards) manufactured from homogeneous mixture of cement, quartz and cellulose and cured with high pressure steam using auto claving process conforming IS-14862, including Gl frame work square pattern of grid size 605mmx 605mm for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames including shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) not exc. 1.5 Sqm each and removing from site, all as specified.

Factory made second class hard wood (Sal) glazed and Skelton door shutters 35mm thick open rebated and prepared to receive glass gauge etc (with sash bars) edges of framing plain chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitered beads for securing glass or gauge etc., size of members of shutter as specified in clause 8.24 (a) of part-I, fitted to chowkats, complete all as specified.

35mm thick flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides, all as specified.

Applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer on new wood or wood based surfaces of any description, exc. 10cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces, all as specified.

Factory made solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, suppling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing on page No 180 of MES SSR 2020 Part-II.

Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of 5 mm thick plain coloured PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded/ sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site, Sheet No 1/1) specified and directed.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden frames or stone, concrete or brick surrounds, glazed with putty or fixed with beads and removing from site, all as specified.

Sheet glass 3mm thick ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty/aluminium beads in squares, not exc. 0.5sqm in each pane, complete all as specified.

Chimney bars (straight or camber); bearing bars; tongues or water bars for window frames; window guard bars, plain, let in and fixed independently in wooden frames, L or T section supports for shelves etc. and similar articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165.

Applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on new steel or steel based surfaces of any description, exceeding 10cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces, all as specified.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins arches, pillars, including removal of debris to a distance exc 1.5 km but n.exc 2 Km, all as specified and as directed.

Walling random rubble masonry with best quality locally available stone, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded, solidly hearted and built in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand), all as specified. Note:- Locally available slate stone not shall be used.

All as per item No. 41 above but except stone.

Plain cement concrete M-15, nominal mix, B-1 using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as, in lintels upto 1.50 metres clear span cuts, steps seismic and other similar bends, coping, bands plates for serving hold fasts etc. and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work complete all as specified.

Plain cement concrete M-10 nominal mix, type C-1 using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in surface channel and drains all as specified.

Formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs n exc 20cm wide and sides of RCC/ PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work not exc 20cm wide for roughly finished flat surfaces of concrete, all as specified.

Forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds etc. all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, ceiling, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete including removal of debris to a distance exc 1.5 km but n.exc 2 km, all as specified and as directed.

Rendering cement plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) on fair faces of brick wall or concrete surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, all as specified.

Rendering plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement :6 coarse sand) on other than fair faces of brick wall or stone wall surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, all as specified.

Rendering cement plaster 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) on fair faces of RCC concrete surfaces and including applying cement slurry in bottom of slab, chajjas, fin, facias etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering cement plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) in two layers (10mm thick first layer and 5mm thick second layer) on fair faces of brick wall or on concrete surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, mixed with WPC, all as specified. Note : Supply only Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for seperately.

Preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over 2mm thick wall care putty, complete, all as specified.

Three coats of white wash on newly plastered surfaces of ceiling including preparation of surface complete, all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of exterior grade weather resistant paint over a coat of primer including cleaning the floor/joinery, surface glass pans etc. , complete, all as specified.

Complete removal of existing treatment of old plastered surface including by brooming down or with steel wire brushing scraping down smoke soot, moulded moss and efflorescent salts and cleaning oil and greasy spots and cleaning with water on walls and preparation of plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of exterior grade weather resistant paint over a coat of primer over 2mm thick wall care putty, including cleaning the floor/joinery, surface glass pans etc., complete, all as specified.

Supply only intergal water proofing compound, complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving, not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level), un-reinforced including removal of debris to a distance exc 1.5 km but n.exc 2 km, all as specified and as directed.

75mm thick Plain cement concrete M-15 nominal mix, B-2, using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified.

Chequered cement concrete tiles machine pressed of size 20cmx20cmx 25mm thick with grey cement, set jointed & pointed in neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab in floors laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete, all as specified.

Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment laid over sand cushion, joints of tiles filled with dry sand and compacted with mechanical vibrator complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Sand cushioning shall be measured and paid seperately

M&L for 50mm thick sand cushioning, joints of tiles with dry sand, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixed in repair PVC valveless, syphonic action type flushing cistern 10 litres capacity low level with inlet, ball valve, float and handle with brackets including 32mm dia PVC long bend flush pipe 90cm long snd 15mm dia PVC connection 600mm with CP brass coupling nuts and PVC washers at both ends, fixed complete, all as specified.

S&F in repair 25mm dia powder coated mild steel, chromium plated curtain rod including brackets.

Plain cement concrete M-10, nominal mix, type C-1, using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate, 50mm thick as in plinth protection etc., surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement and laid to a slope of 1 in 24 in alternate panels n.exc. 1.20 Sqm each, 12mm wide and 5 cms deep joints shall be formed between the bays and shall be filled with mastic filling comprising a mixture of one part of heated blown bitumen VG-10 and two parts of heated coarse sand (by volume), all as specified. Note:- The unit rate include for use of form work (straight or curved).

Disconnecting existing PVC/ferro cement/MS tanks capacity exc.250 litres but n. exc 500 litres, setting aside (or lowering if required) for cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position, all as specified.

Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank 1000 Ltrs capacity (Cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position inbcluding brass ball valve 20mm dia epoxy coated aluminium rod with polythene float and fly nut, tank nipples with check nuts and washers complete and making connections with existing water supply line including dismantling old cemented/ asbestos water/ PVC storage tank, all as specified.

Mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and/ or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed ballusters walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290. Gde-E-165, all as specified.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing and rubbish of the premisses, complete including removal of debris to a distance exc 1.5 km but n.exc 2 km, all as specified and as directed.

Mat finish joint less (non skid), Premium class I grade, coloured, ceramic tiles, 7 to 8mm thick (Square/ rectangular) area of each tile exc. 0.18 Sqm but not exc. 0.38 Sqm, in floors and the like, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) complete, all as specified.

Glazed coloured tiles of size 350x250/450x350x7mm thick as in vertical surfaces such as jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match and including 10mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) complete, all as specified.

S & F in repair 3mm thick backelite sheet (Hylem) as sheet cover with PVC box of size 4"x4" for fixing switches, sockets & regulator etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair switch socket combination outlet 2 in 1, 3 pin 6 Amps Flush type all as directed.
